New Car/ First major purchase a married couple My wife and I showed up there this morning around 8:50am just when all the sales reps were coming out of a meeting. Elias stopped to say hi to us and see what we were in for today. Little did he know that my car actually was towed there the night before and we really needed to get a new car specially with my driving I do daily. It was the best experience either of us could have asked for, we never felt pressured all day but also felt that Elias and Javier really listened to our needs. It was such a great experience from the first time we said hi to Elias all the way to getting the pleasure of signing the paperwork with Mike Ohms. Everyone there seemed to be there to really help us get back on the road again as fast as possible and for the best price imaginable. Thank you for everything today, you guys are simply amazing. Ask a question to any of them and if they cannot answer with a solution, they immediately get you to the person that can resolve. I have seen that they will drop whatever they are doing to make sure you are taken care of. More
Awesome, just awesome!! Before this last visit to Dahl Ford I had swore I would never come back there again due to the way I was treated by a salesperson. I was hesitant at f Before this last visit to Dahl Ford I had swore I would never come back there again due to the way I was treated by a salesperson. I was hesitant at first to come in again but when I could see the person I wanted to that made my decision to return real easy. This time when I came in I dealt with Allan Jackson and Travis Caldwell. Two sincere and awesome individuals. When we started the process of going for the new vehicle I already had an idea of what all I wanted on it so Allan and I were working on that process while he had someone else evaluating my trade in. When we finished building the new Explorer Limited I wanted, Allan presented me with what I would be allowed on the trade. When I saw the figures I was shocked and it wasn't because it was a bad deal--it was because the deal was the best I could have wanted to have. I didn't get a chance to negotiate it because it was exactly what I wanted right off the bat. Travis and Allan kept us informed through the whole process and Allan called me this past Thursday to tell me the car was in and he wanted to know when we wanted to pick it up. My wife and I decided to get it later that day and when we got there Allan and Travis greeted us and put us at ease right away. Travis thoroughly explained the features on this new Explorer like no other dealer has in the past. While we were with the finance manager he was busy switching out my mats and taking care of some other small details. Next they took us out and we sat in the vehicle discussing the new features. But what set these two fine gentlemen apart from many other dealers was their sincerity and their genuine concern for both my wife and I as customers. Your finance manager was also very nice and listened to our concerns along with getting us the best financing available. We also sat up an appointment with Dan Medberry to go over the technical things on this so we can use all of the features this vehicle offers. Our whole experience with Dahl Ford was nothing short of exceptional and we have been telling our friends already how we love our Ford guys and our new vehicle. We will definitely be back when it comes time to purchase another vehicle because of your dealership. We appreciated the fact that Allan and Travis listened to our concerns and treated us with the utmost respect anyone could ask for. These two sales people are definitely two that others should try to emulate and other Ford dealers could really take a lesson from the way Dahl Ford treats it's customers.
