Great Customer Service On a long trip home to Michigan we had a breakdown on New Years Day that required a repair of our Expedition. The Service Department worked with me to get the vehicle back up and running in a couple of days. April and crew had it ready to roll when I arrived back to Iowa. When I jumped in the Expedition to drive off, they had strategically placed in next to a shiny F150 Limited that caught my eye. Chad got with me and gave me the rundown on the vehicle and we started a test drive. Chad and Mike were easy to work with and worked hard to make the sale amicable for all parties involved. I have called back with a couple of questions and they have been promptly answered. I am a manager of customer service and pay special attention to all the little things that people do.
