Amazing Dealership Experience I recently put in an order for a brand new Ford Focus RS. This is a new limited supply vehicle, but Dahl Ford was honest, straight-forward and worked I recently put in an order for a brand new Ford Focus RS. Warranty work and oil change Went into Dahl ford with the expectation that a dealership that old must be doing something right... I was disappointed to find that this was not the Went into Dahl ford with the expectation that a dealership that old must be doing something right... I was disappointed to find that this was not the case. Service department promised me a quote on a windshield, didn't get it. Service department guaranteed me a loaner car, didn't save one. Front desk girl left to talk to managers and came back to tell me I was "SOL". Maybe I set high expectations, but when I travel an hour to a dealer looking for better service and get the same stuff, I am waiting my time. More
