I had my Ford Explorer serviced yesterday. Normally I have excellent service but yesterday was a different story. I been with Dahl over 20 years. This is my 6 vehicle from them. The customer service person found a piece of metal in my tire and showed me. which I appreciate. Then apparently they found another one in another tire and pulled it out. According to them I now I have a slow leak and needed new tires. Then she showed me my cabin air filter was dirty so I had that replaced. But what I didn’t like is that she throws the dirty air filter in garbage can in the waiting room. Don’t they have trash in the service department. So when I got home that night. My husband and son check my tires and did a leak test on my tires and found no leak. Plus they couldn’t find the other metal piece in the tire that they supposedly left alone. Plus my son noticed that there is damaged underneath my vehicle on the back passenger side. Looks like when it was put on the hoist. The pad was not put on the right spot and bent the metal. I not saying damaged was done yesterday. I only had this vehicle serviced 5 times. Nothing was ever said to me about the damage. More

After an accident, I had my car towed to Dahl's Body Shop I have always been pleased with their Service Dept. since before I bought a car from them. After an accident, I had my car towed to Dahl's Body Shop. Since it was totaled, I went to the Sales Dept. and left a short time later with a new vehicle with which I am very pleased. The sales/finance team made the whole transaction easy. All staff I dealt with from the Body Shop, Sales, and Finance were extremely friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a more efficient team helping me. More
