A Few Issues So we had originally bought a 2011 Ford Edge from this dealership, only to find out that the transfer case was burning fluid and would eventually fail So we had originally bought a 2011 Ford Edge from this dealership, only to find out that the transfer case was burning fluid and would eventually fail. We made an agreement that if that were to happen the dealership would trade us into a newer vehicle. We thought that this meant we would be getting into a reliable vehicle with similar payments per month, but it seems they were only able to show us more expensive vehicles. Despite all of this though, we do appreciate the effort the dealership has gone through to try to make this right, and we really do like the 2015 Dodge Journey we now have. Just wish we could have stayed with similar payments. We also really enjoyed working with Brandon. Would recommend if you are able to fully check over a vehicle yourself or are buying new. More

Love the truck, hate the add-ons scam I purchased a brand new Ram pickup. Great truck, and excellent salesman. However, when it came to the paperwork I was informed that I had to pay for I purchased a brand new Ram pickup. Great truck, and excellent salesman. However, when it came to the paperwork I was informed that I had to pay for locking lug nuts for $99 and an "anti-theft" package for $299. I told them I did not want either one and to take them off the price. I was told they were already installed on the truck, so I had to pay for them. Unhappily, I signed the paperwork and took my truck home. Then a few days later, I took a look at my truck. There were NO locking lug nuts. There was NO "anti-theft" system. When I went back to the dealership and informed them that I had paid for something I didn't want and they didn't provide, I assumed they would be fair and refund that money. No. They insisted I still had to have those things. Handed me a plastic package of locking lugs, same exact thing on Amazon is $37, but I was forced to pay $99...for something I clearly said didn't want. Then the "anti-theft" garbage. 5 stickers. For $299. 5 lousy stickers. Seriously? Nothing anti-theft about that at all. I trade trucks fairly often. My next purchase will be elsewhere, based on being forced to pay for something I didn't want...and didn't even get initially. My business will go to a fair dealership that is more concerned with happy repeat customers than ripping people off by forcing useless "accessories" on them.
