Do not buy a car from Stevens Point Chrysler Worst car buying experience EVER!!!!! Do not buy a used car from this dealership. They do not stand by their cars, they are in the business to rip p Worst car buying experience EVER!!!!! Do not buy a used car from this dealership. They do not stand by their cars, they are in the business to rip people off and sign bad deals. The evening that I bought a car I had a substantial safety issue and a mechanical issue and the General Manager refused to speak with us even though we drove 2 hours and took a vacation day to go back the day after we bought the car. They wouldn't resolve the issues or even acknowledge the issues and refused to reverse the deal (we paid cash, no financing). This would have been easy deal to reverse. They are pros at making the issues not their problem by making you wait for 4 hours and sending out a new person every hour to try to convince you that the car doesn't have issues. They should be shut down. Do not deal with Josh N. or Eric/Sales Manager. They are useless. Typical used car salesmen. By the way, the car was inspected by a reputable dealer and it was found that there were safety and mechanical issues with the car!!!! They are hacks!!!!!! We have a guaranteed win in court over this, no question. It's just too bad that companies like this are still in business. Go somewhere else to get your car, you can't trust this dealership. More

From the initial phone conversation explaining the situation to the very detailed professional explanation of things ranging from the options and how to use them on the vehicle, the in depth explanation of price and coverage packages and extras, and not to mention through the whole experience not being pushed in any way expect what I wanted. I at no point felt like my business wasn't valued and felt no pressure at all and best o all how friendly and helpful everyone was. I would definitely recommend this dealership and I plan on doing all business with them from here on out. More

Once they found them, both vehicles were FILTHY and should not have been shown to ANY customer. They never even bothered to detail the vehicles before showing them. Unbelievable. Needless to say, we bought elsewhere......a Japanese brand dealer that knew how to treat customers very well. More
