Very good This was the 5th Chrysler we/I have purchased from this Dealership. The 2nd from the present owners. The first 4 cars were Town and Country Vans, the This was the 5th Chrysler we/I have purchased from this Dealership. The 2nd from the present owners. The first 4 cars were Town and Country Vans, the last one was a Pacifica. This last purchase was unplanned. I went to have my Chrysler Town and Country's oil changed and the tires rotated. And while I was waiting I was approached by Brandon, asking if he could help me. We talked for a few minuets and got around to the fact that the Town and Country was no longer available. So he showed me the Pacifica model that was taking it's place. He asked me if I was interested in trading my car in for a new one. I said possibly if the conditions met my criteria. Not really meaning it. But as we talked I became interested. Brandon was very pleasant to talk to, and very knowledgeable, he was able to answer all my questions without having to refer to someone else. I was impressed because I knew he was relatively new sales person there. After he had my list of wants and needs if I purchased a new car, he proceeded to check their inventory. He came up with the one I bought. Because I am a widow and on a limited income he suggested we perused leasing versus purchasing. Again I was impressed as to his knowledge and willingness to explore all avenues to make me comfortable with getting a new vehicle. He was able to quickly get prices and timing on adding the extras I wanted, seeing this car was from currant inventory. He also explained the various extra warranty packages available. In the end I decided to lease, and am very happy with that decision. The time he took with me and his friendly personality, was and is great, I consider him a friend and someone I trust. He is a real asset to this dealership. More
