No pressure salesman! Kid friendly staff! To start... I dread purchasing vehicles. I cannot ever remember having a good experience prior to visiting this dealership. I contacted the dealership and was out in touch with Matt. He took the time and answered all of my questions and we scheduled a time and day that worked for me where I could test drive a few vehicles. I was greeted professionally with the friendly staff. (I cannot say enough how friendly all the employees were, they were all great!) To my surprise prior to me coming Matt went the extra mile and crunched numbers with his manager to make sure I could stay in a vehicle payment I was comfortable with. Matt went through each vehicle inside and out and thoroughly explained everything and answered all questions. I should also mention that we brought our two young children along. Matt was very patient with them and was great! He even sat in the back with them and talked with them and them feel comfortable. My shy daughter was calling him by his first name and was jabbering with him by the time we left. By the time we had it narrowed down to two vehicles Matt was great at showing the pros and cons easily so we could make a decision on which vehicle we wanted to go with. He was so patient and great to work with! I can honestly say I would definitely go back to this dealership and definitely work again with Matt. I would work with anyone at this dealership that’s how welcome I felt. Eric the manager was also great. Very friendly and funny but very professional all at the same time. He made the time to make sure we were doing okay and the kids were okay while we were waiting for our time with Chris in financing. When it came time for Chris he was very thorough and actually made the paper work part fun. The kids also enjoyed the toys on his desk also which he was also great about. Everyone at this dealership is great. It was a great experience and I can honestly say I will definitely go back knowing I don’t need to dread the whole vehicle purchasing process ever again! More

They did not have the model we wanted but Tim put in overtime to locate us exactly what we wanted.
