Don’t waste your time! Worst experience ever I purchased a 2015 Ford Escape on January 17, 2018. A week later my engine light came on so I brought it in to have them look at it. Was told to warm I purchased a 2015 Ford Escape on January 17, 2018. A week later my engine light came on so I brought it in to have them look at it. Was told to warm up my vehicle. Three weeks later I brought it back in for the exact same thing, and was told it was a MAP Sensor and that it would cost me $175. Being a first time car buyer, without needing a co-signer I failed to look over my paperwork with a fine tooth comb! I discovered that I have no warranty! Mistake #1. The odd part is, that the service department must have known something I didn’t because how can I bring it back twice, for the exact same thing, and be told two different stories?? Mistake #2....no second set of keys. I was told repeatedly that the second set would come in the mail once they got their money. Then was told the second set would come in the mail when they got the title. Uhm, what??? The dealer won’t get the title, the bank will, but whatever. A month and a half later, still no second set of keys. Mistake # 3.... they put the wrong odometer reading on my paperwork. This was only discovered when I was reading the paperwork for the service maintenance contract. Mistake # 4... they haven’t submitted my paperwork a month and a half later to the company that writes the contract for the maintenance work they conned me into buying. Called the company and was told my vin # wasn’t in the system yet when I tried to cancel the contract. Funny how that works, since I have 60 days from the purchase date should I decide to cancel. Went back numerous times to figure things out, and the sales Manager Eric was very shady. Told me one thing, then a few days later, had a different tune. Asked to speak to the general manager Kevin Hoyt, and was told he wouldn’t speak to me. Wow, your general manager can’t even talk to customers. Great customer relations there, NOT!! My point is this....I’m a single mother, a female, and a first time car buyer without a co-signer, and they tried to screw me!!! Don’t waste your time buying a car from here, they don’t stand behind their vehicles, they just wanna make money!! This place is very shady!!! Steer clear! More
