If i could rate them a 0 i would . Very unprofessional ! Made an appointment to get a vehicle wasn’t available when i got there. Been asking for a purchase agreement for 2 days but no wanted me to go through there financing app even though it’s the same institution I use( Altra federal credit union) so i did there app and made an appointment for me to come in and someone else was there inquiring about the vehicle so after waiting I finally left told them to get ahold of me when they figured it out. Corey Spetz texted me when I got home and said it was available now. Told him how unprofessional they are. Not purchasing anything from Dahl. My rating for Dahl is negative 0 More
Terrible dealership. Put money down on new Tahoe, ran a credit check everything good until a week or more of waiting. Bad experience I bought a truck that had 17,000 miles on it three months ago. The first day I noticed the tailgate didn't work. Inspection? Then they called me a month later and said the title got sent to the wrong city ( Milwaukee ), and I need to drive back to Winona and redo the paperwork? ? Why is this my issue??? Its the dealerships mistake. After I had the truck about 30 days, the air conditioning seemed like the air that was blowing was not as cold as the day I drove off the lot. It is now blowing ambient temp air. Mechanics I know think that free on (or whatever is now used) was added right before I bought it. Didn't get the truck I thought I was paying for. More
