Things are said and not done. Save your time and money. I was very excited when I decided to purchase a 2008 Dodge Chrysler for my daughter. I was forced to bring the vehicle in for a mechanical recall due I was very excited when I decided to purchase a 2008 Dodge Chrysler for my daughter. I was forced to bring the vehicle in for a mechanical recall due to a faulty ignition switch. I took the car to Dadeland Dodge and it was explained the issue will be taken care of immediately and no charge would incur. I then took the opportunity to address another mechanical issue about the car having vibrations at different speeds. I was explained by the service writer Kamal that there was an additional cost. I felt like not a problem at all, my daughter’s safety is of upmost importance. I returned when informed that the vehicle was finished and paid $1,400.00 for the extra repairs. The car was already running for me and ready to go. I drove a very short distance and noticed the very same vibration was still present. I turned around to return immediately, to address the same issue that I had just paid to get repaired. I couldn't take my key out of the ignition and still had the same vibration prior to any so called repairs. I requested someone to please look at the issue and was told it wouldn't be till the following Monday. I agreed and they kept the car again for the duration of the weekend. I then received a call stating I was to pay $2,000.00 for the switch which was a recall issue, as well as another $1,000.00 on top of what I originally paid for the vibration issue. I declined as this did not feel was fair business practice. Long story short I collected the vehicle and took it to another mechanic who was able to make the repairs the same day. Dadeland dodge refused to credit me or make up for their misdiagnosis of their supposedly repairs. I would not recommend Dadeland Dodge or it’s service writers to any consumers who own Dodge or Chrysler products. The simple fact that I have had to go through such an experience as this. This particular incident could have simply been avoided if all that was said prior to handing over the keys to Kamal was produced. More

La deje un jueves y supuestamente me le entregaban el viernes, NUNCA me llamaron, luego de 25 llamadas al asesor de servicios, me dice que se tendrán que quedar con ella hasta el sábado, y de NUEVO espera y espera. Cuando por fin logro comunicarme con el asesor casi a las 5 de la tarde, me dice que vaya a buscarla, que las piezas que deben cambiarles no las tienen, que deben ordenarlas. Aprovecho y hago cita para el proximo sábado a primera hora, a fin de que me puedan entregar mi vehículo el mismo dia. Cuando estoy firmando el release del vehículo me dicen que no tengo que pagar nada, y extrañada pregunto que si no le hicieron cambio de aceite... y luego de investigar no se lo habían hecho.... El viernes en la tarde antes de ir a mi segunda cita para el reemplazo de las piezas, llamo para confirmar mi cita y que llegaron las piezas, SORPRESA... las piezas no estaban ordenadas. A esperar OTRA SEMANA MAS... cuando por fin tienen las piezas, dejo mi vehículo jueves en la tarde, para que lo trabajen viernes, y me entregaran sábado en la mañana. A eso de las 10am de la mañana llamo para confirmar e ir a buscarlo, dicen que devuelven la llamada. 3 hrs. después me llaman. Cuando llego a buscar mi vehículo de las 3 piezas por reemplazar, una no la cambiaron, me preguntaron si esperaba para que se la cambiaran en ese momento y acepto. Luego de tener casi 2.5 hrs esperando me entregan el carro y camino para mi casa me doy cuenta que el volante esta DESALINEADO.... Me devuelvo para que lo arreglen y me dicen que al cambiarle las cajas de bolas no lo alinearon y ahi tuve que esperar mas de 2hrs para que lo hicieran. Literalmente apagaron las luces del taller conmigo adentro ese sábado... LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA DE SERVICIO.... More

My husband and I went to Dadeland Dealer (fed up with another dealer) and experienced a whole different level of Customer Service and attention! From the moment we walked toward the building we were gree another dealer) and experienced a whole different level of Customer Service and attention! From the moment we walked toward the building we were greeted immediately and within 5 minutes 3 different people had asked us if we needed to be helped. Every single person that helped us out there was very nice and whiling to help. Specifically a gentleman named Jose Enjamio or better known as "Pepe". He was helpful, has extreme customer service, polite and professional! We felt as if he was whiling to help and it was no bother what so ever. I recommend going to this dealer for any parts or service asking for Pepe! Everyone was great here!!! More
I just went from there and the service was outstanding, Mr. Pepe Jones just did a superb work, overall was as promised. This guy gave the best til the truck was ready.
