Worst Dealership Service I have ever experienced I have owned a number of Jeeps since 1992 in four different states and Dadeland Dodge provides by far the worst dealer service I have ever experienced I have owned a number of Jeeps since 1992 in four different states and Dadeland Dodge provides by far the worst dealer service I have ever experienced. Recently I bought my Grand Cherokee in for oil change, to have the multi-switch (turn signal and lights) replaced and have the heat shield between the undercarriage and the muffler/exhaust pipe replaced at 8:30 AM. They were very busy and my ride home was waiting so they advised me to leave the car and the service manager would call me with an estimate. The service manager called about 10:30 AM and advised that I needed to pay a $99 evaluation fee for each the multi-switch and the insulation ($198) despite the fact that each could be verified visually without tools, equipment, a lift or even getting dirty. Granted the evaluation fees could be applied to the repair costs if I decided to have the work done but if they provide an outrageous quote I'm stuck eating it or the $198 loss. After arguing with the manager for 15-20 minutes she advised that she needed to speak to her manager and call me back. After not hearing from them for 4 hours, I called back and was able to speak to the manager who admitted that for the two things I requested an evaluation fee was not needed. About 17:00 I received a call with a quote of US $139 for the multiswitch and two hours of labor at $250 plus tax for a grand total $418. By then I had viewed an online video and saw it could be done in 15-20 minutes with only a T-10 and a T-20 torque wrench so asked if they were sure this was a 2 hour job and was advised this price was not negotiable. Advised since the car was there and too late to pick up, please proceed with oil change (for $132 despite having it changed in same shop in April 2017 for $99) for synthetic since motor is Diesel and asked for quote on insulation when car was in shop. Next morning they quoted over US $500 for insulation replacement. Requested to purchase multiswitch from Parts Department and was advised they do not take CC orders over the phone but I would need to come in and place the order and come back and pick it up when they received it (40-60 mins each way). I called Planet Dodge who sold me the multi-switch the same day for $110 and it took me less than 20 minutes to switch it out. Don't waste your time or money at Dadeland Dodge. There are plenty of other, more professional, more accommodating, and much less expensive dealers like Planet Dodge. More

Around 3 still no response so I called in and he tells me the car was in an accident and they won't replace the automatic grill sensor!! Accident?? what accident? I get there and the mechanic tells me 'you were sold a lemon. that's why I don't buy my cars from these dealers especially this one because they all lie.' I didn't buy my car there anyway due to all the negative reviews. He shows me the car is missing some plastic clips that as far as I know were always there. Now they're missing and broken piece of plastic way at the bottom. With those two pieces of information he concludes the car was in a wreck and they won't replace the part. Later he tells me this is a pain in the neck job because he has to take everything apart in the front to find out if the sensor is bad, basically he doesn't want to do it. Then he says in his notes car was in a wreck and they won't fix it. The manager Maria I believe who supposedly approved his notes, was nowhere to be found. Then it took another 30 minutes to get the car out of there because my service writer was too busy chit chatting on his personal phone. I took it elsewhere and of course the sensor is bad, no wreck, and they are fixing it. These people are a bunch of lazy people who don't care if you are upset or not. And Anita? ha! I ask for her and nowhere to be found. The worst part that upsets me is stating my car was in a wreck. How dare they deny me service if it's under warranty and no body damage!!!! Had it been in a wreck the part would have been destroyed!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY. More

DISCRIMINATATION / HARASSMENT/HUMILIATION "I FEEL THIS INCENDENT HAVE TO BE TOLD". How few Managers in " DADELAND DODGE, CHYSLER JEEP", treated one of our Company Representative who tried to "I FEEL THIS INCENDENT HAVE TO BE TOLD". How few Managers in " DADELAND DODGE, CHYSLER JEEP", treated one of our Company Representative who tried to return a Lease Vehicle. First they ask him for a Power of Attorney ( which is was not required) , they told him , that he has to go get it in order to return the car ( Ok , He did it) ; when he came back, the lease return manger was gone ( Louis Perez) . He ask the the floor Manager Ricardo Shadden, if he can leave the car in the lot so he did not have to drive two cars tomorrow " He said , if you leave the car here , "we will towed away" ( Ok , he left frustrated) . Next day he came back with a all kind of papers to return the car again; then the Lease Manager ( Mike Diaz), told him , that he was not going to receive the car, ( humiliating him), He asked the manager , "where are my going to return the car now?" ( the bank has indicated to delivery the car to the original dealer), He said, that was not his problem and kit him out the dealership. ( he tried to call the bank) then all the managers came to pick up an argument to justify their behavior. ( and bully him) . We think , this a totally act of discrimination and humiliation can not tolerated by a bunch of "Bully" managers). "THE DEALERS ARE TRYING TO PUSH CARS, AND IF YOU DON'T TRADE IN OR BUY A NEW ONE , THEY TREAT LIKE SHEET" ( THAT'S THE POINT). I HOPE SOME ONE CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR.
