Went in for a recall issue. My airbag on the driver and passenger side were both replaced. When I got back in my truck, the AC was no longer working. I drove down the street and was realizing this as i dro passenger side were both replaced. When I got back in my truck, the AC was no longer working. I drove down the street and was realizing this as i drove. I stopped in the parking lot of Brandsmart down the street. Turned my truck off and it wouldn't start back up. I was stranded for over 2 hours and called the dealership back. Deysi (from service) finally got on the line but told me I need to get the truck jumped and get it back to them. The truck wasn't taking a jump. I tried from an F-150 from a person passing by. The battery was completely dead. My girlfriend came with my two kids and we went to the dealership, leaving my truck at brandsmart. The sales manager told me until they know that it was their fault, I was on my own. Told me he'd call me a tow truck but then doubled back and said I'd have to call my own after not being able to get in contact with the one he tried to call. After causing a scene with the conversation getting louder and demanding they fix the issue, someone else finally came and said they'd send a service tech to my truck to get it started. They jumped it with a strong jump box and told me my battery was bad. I went straight to advance auto where I got the battery less than a year ago. They charged it fully and tested it. The battery was good, the alternator was good, the starter was good. My AC is still not working correctly and my power cable to my subwoofer was left disconnected. Also my radio was left hanging out. It was a VERY shoddy job. I missed a day of work dealing with this issue. At the moment, I'm being sent away by the service manager, Maria, admitting that mistakes were made but there's nothing that can be done. They just tested my battery and it's testing as good. Maria told me there was no way they could've determined the battery was bad in the brandsmart parking lot with it being that drained. They did though. It also took a long time to get my vehicle back after the service. I'm pretty sure they had to jump it out before they gave it back to me considering how dead it was. Had I not escalated this far and just taken what they told me, I would've paid for a tow truck and also a new battery. Worst service advisor ever I had made an appointment at 9;15 AM. I was there before, thinking that my car would be serviced prior to anybody else. I sat for 1 hour and nothing I had made an appointment at 9;15 AM. I was there before, thinking that my car would be serviced prior to anybody else. I sat for 1 hour and nothing happened. I asked the advisor and he told me that the mechanic had not had an opportunity to check. I found that surprising as I had made the appointment precisely so that I would not have to wait for long. He indicated that the appointment was made to see him and it had nothing to do with when the sevice would be conducted. Of course, I left your premises, but it is inconceivable to me that I have to make an appointment to see a service advisor. As a matter of fact, there were 4 people ahead of me that did not have an appointment and were taken in before me. Please check my record to ascertain that this is the seventh Jeep I have purchased, but you can rest assured that I will never go back to Dadeland Jeep. By the way mu advisor's name was Komal. More
Incompetent of oil change Incompetent of an oil change and almost blew my engine. I took my car in on a Friday to receive an oil change. The following Monday, I had to get my Incompetent of an oil change and almost blew my engine. I took my car in on a Friday to receive an oil change. The following Monday, I had to get my 2019 Jeep cherokee towed because the Low Oil Pressure Warning came on and the car stopped driving completely. The car was towed back to the dealership where they told me they did a bad oil change and put the wrong filter on. My car had no oil in it at all. After picking my car back up from them on Tuesday, I let the service advisor Luis know that since their faulty oil change, my car has been delayed when starting and he failed to call me back and return my calls. The whole purpose in someone taking their car to the dealership for service is to ensure that they can receive the best service, and feel secure in that the job would be done correctly. My brand new car is now messed up thanks to their faulty oil change and they have no sympathy whatsoever. If they can mess up an oil change, think about what other damage they can do. Do not get your cars serviced here. The only good thing about this place is the woman whom works at the service desk, she has been nice on both occasions and helpful. More

Her work ethics were superb. I admired the care she showed for me, knowing that my time was a virtue with my daughter involved. The service dept was very rude and don't care They tried to charge me when no fee was discussed yet. They killed my battery and only shrugged their shoulders in response. They made me feel unimportant and acted as if they hate their jobs and took it out on me. I will never go back there, nor will I ever recommend it to ANYONE. More
