MY HUSBAND AND I WALKED INTO THE DADELAND DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP DEALEARSHIP ONE MONTH AGO 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE CLOSING TIME. WE WERE IN DESPERATE NEED OF A NEW CAR BUT WE WERE VERY SKEPTICAL AND DOUBTFUL ABO JEEP DEALEARSHIP ONE MONTH AGO 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE CLOSING TIME. WE WERE IN DESPERATE NEED OF A NEW CAR BUT WE WERE VERY SKEPTICAL AND DOUBTFUL ABOUT GETTING A CAR ON OUR FIRST VISIT. WE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED BUT IT WASN'T WHAT WE NEEDED. WE RIGHT AWAY MET ERIC; HE WAS SOOO WONDERFUL AND NICE. WALKED US THROUGH THE USED CARS IN ONE DIRECTION, ASKED US WHAT WE NEEDED; WE ANSWER AND TOOK US TO A WHOLE DIFFERENT DIRECTION. WE FOUND EXACTLY WHAT WE NEEDED; A JEEP GRANDCHEROKEE 2008. WORKING WITH HIM WAS SUCH A PLEASURE, WE TRULY ARE SATISFIED CUSTOMERS. THEN WE MET PEPE, WHAT AN AMAZING PERSON AND SUCH A PROFFESIONAL. PEPE HAS BEEN WORKING WITH ME IN DOING SMALL UPGRADES FOR OUR CAR. I ALWAYS WALK RIGHT IN AND JUST LOOK FOR HIM; HE ALWAYS IS ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT WORKING. I TRULY DON’T MIND WAITING FOR HIM IF I HAVE TO BECAUSE I KNOW THAT HE ALWAYS KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT I AM IN NEED FOR AND TAKES HIS TIME TO EXPLAIN IN DETAILS ALL THE MILLION QUESTIONS THAT I ALWAYS ASK HIM. ERIC AND PEPE ARE GREAT PEOPLE AND TRULY DESERVE A BIG BONUS! :) More

My husband and I went to Dadeland Dealer (fed up with another dealer) and experienced a whole different level of Customer Service and attention! From the moment we walked toward the building we were gree another dealer) and experienced a whole different level of Customer Service and attention! From the moment we walked toward the building we were greeted immediately and within 5 minutes 3 different people had asked us if we needed to be helped. Every single person that helped us out there was very nice and whiling to help. Specifically a gentleman named Jose Enjamio or better known as "Pepe". He was helpful, has extreme customer service, polite and professional! We felt as if he was whiling to help and it was no bother what so ever. I recommend going to this dealer for any parts or service asking for Pepe! Everyone was great here!!! More

It's always nerve racking when buying a used vehicle,especially when you'er taking that persons word over the phone about a car you haven't seen in person.that was not the case here with me. Before even asking what car we were interested in, they wanted to run our credit. We took an add that was in the paper and that i had phoned about, which at the time that i called they stated the car was wanted to run our credit. We took an add that was in the paper and that i had phoned about, which at the time that i called they stated the car was there, when i showed up a half hour later they said that the car was not there. When i looked up the stock number myself and showed it to the representative he then confessed that the add was placed for 2 thousand dollars cheaper as a hook to get the customer in. They were instructed to say that the car was not there. The manager that was there that night was extrememly rude and i felt like he was rushing me to leave. I do not recomend thie dealer to anyone and will never step foot there again. More
