Worst service advisor ever I had made an appointment at 9;15 AM. I was there before, thinking that my car would be serviced prior to anybody else. I sat for 1 hour and nothing I had made an appointment at 9;15 AM. I was there before, thinking that my car would be serviced prior to anybody else. I sat for 1 hour and nothing happened. I asked the advisor and he told me that the mechanic had not had an opportunity to check. I found that surprising as I had made the appointment precisely so that I would not have to wait for long. He indicated that the appointment was made to see him and it had nothing to do with when the sevice would be conducted. Of course, I left your premises, but it is inconceivable to me that I have to make an appointment to see a service advisor. As a matter of fact, there were 4 people ahead of me that did not have an appointment and were taken in before me. Please check my record to ascertain that this is the seventh Jeep I have purchased, but you can rest assured that I will never go back to Dadeland Jeep. By the way mu advisor's name was Komal. More

False Advertisement from start to finish I looked on Jeep’s CPO website and found the car I wanted. I get to the dealer and they tried to push a more expensive car saying the veHicks was sold I looked on Jeep’s CPO website and found the car I wanted. I get to the dealer and they tried to push a more expensive car saying the veHicks was sold. I said I would walk and the vehicle suddenly became available. I was very clear on what I was expecting to pay out the door and my monthly budget. They agreed that would be the case or very close to it. They came back with over $4000 higher then what was advertised and the car in the pictures online was not the car that was showed to me at the dealer. Jean is a scam artist along with his sales manager Luis who pushed him to keep getting the sale on a falsely advertised car. I will be contacting Jeep so the now that they have false advertisement on their website. Would give zero stars if possible. More
