Hi Karen, I understand you had asked to speak with the manager. Just like your service order had originally stated, "Shipping was not included" this was the agreement you had completed via docusign when we originally went to work for you to obtain the Audi S4. We did split the transport cost with you by sending you the $700. Sorry you are hard to please. Best of luck.

DSR, What a strange practice you have to sift through reviews from 2019 and respond in 2022. Not a great PR move to pester people who’ve had a bad experience. Just another example of you poor attention to customers. Also, is addressing a review with “Hi Karen” a reference to a person who complains about your poor service. Funny in a juvenile way, but not professional. My name isn’t Karen. I’ve only written one bad review and this is it. My experience was that bad. Again, if you are reading this as a potential customer be cautious of this company. Perhaps they have changed in the last couple years, but given the 3 year old disingenuous response I doubt it.

yes after a few years of trying to claim this reviews page by dealer rater they finally responded, so we were able to gain access and respond to your BS review / complaint. the reason why you received the lease deal we were able to obtain for you at a below market price is because it came from out of state. You had nothing better to do other than complain even after we paid 700 towards your shipping, more than the 595 service fee you paid for us to jump thru all the hoops that we did to help score you that deal. We understand, you're ungrateful for the work that Kelley had put in for you, taking your calls 24/7. we understand we can't satisfy everyone. No matter how hard we tried. best of luck.

Kudos to your public relations department on taking a chance with the author of these last few responses. Argumentative is certainly a risky approach, but if you have little to lose…As a consumer reading this string I can only imagine the thoughts they are forming. You already lost my business and now you’re just helping to spread this issue to a wider audience who will see through your obfuscation. They perceive unprofessional responses as a reflection of the company. I stand by my original complaint, it was factual. I think the 2 star rating says it all.
