Certainly did not get a great rate or a great deal, but she did find the car we were looking for, so on that basis alone I would not give a one star rating, more like 3 star- mediocre service. However, in January 2023 we started the process of getting a lease on a Toyota Tacoma. Anthony Lopez was assigned to our account. I would have done better going directly to Toyota myself. Used Toyota financing and we full sticker for the truck we ordered. The truck arrived late and in unclean condition. Lopez promised in writing to reimburse us for a detail, then later, when I sent the invoice for the detail, reneged on his written promise to reimburse us. Anthony was rude and unresponsive. I advised Jill Holder, who did not bother to respond to my email advising her of her associate's bad behavior. In addition, we ordered the truck with running boards installed. We specified the running boards in our March 2023 build sheet. The truck arrived without running boards. Lope promised to get the boards and have them installed by a mobile installer (some random Joe they found on the internet). The classic thing is, DSR didn't even know what running boards we'd ordered even though they were specifically listed on the build sheet! After finally getting the steps in at the local dealer, I was advised the mobile installer could only install them if I went to the dealer to pick them up! Wow. That's service for you. I finally ended up having to drop off the car at the dealer. And speaking of dealers... this car was delivered to the Antioch Toyota dealer in Northern California and had to be transported down to Orange County. HMMM. Somebody paid for that, and I bet it didn't come out of DSR's end. Which means there was so much padding in the DSR price that they could afford to transport the car down from Antioch and still make a profit. That's not exactly looking out for the customer. In summary, I had a bad experience with Anthony Lopez and DSR Leasing. Not only was there no perceived break in the price from what I would have been able to get from the dealer but the customer service was sorely lacking, to the point where a written promise was reneged on. I will not be using DSR Leasing again... there are too many other options out there to put up with indifferent service and no added value. More
I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent interactions with Mr. Anthony Lopez from DSR Leasing, which has significantly tarnished my overall experience with the company. While initially, Mr. Lopez was res with Mr. Anthony Lopez from DSR Leasing, which has significantly tarnished my overall experience with the company. While initially, Mr. Lopez was responsive and appeared to be a pleasure to work with, the subsequent interactions have been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. On April 18, 2023, I contacted DSR Leasing to arrange a lease buyout for my Kia vehicle. Mr. Lopez promptly responded and offered his assistance. I obtained a payoff quote from Kia's official website and submitted it to Mr. Lopez. On April 27th, Mr. Lopez made the payment as specified. However, the situation took a turn for the worse in May when I received a confusing monthly payment statement from Kia. To make matters worse, on May 3rd, an employee from Avinas Auto Transport, who transported my car, reached out to me, to see if I had been paid by DSR Leasing. He revealed that DSR Leasing had not paid him for his services. This lack of financial responsibility raises serious concerns about DSR Leasing's overall business practices. In my attempt to address the discrepancy, I contacted Kia for clarification and reached out to Mr. Lopez via email on May 10th. In his response, he advised me to contact customer service, suggesting that they may have charged me a fee as per the terms of my contract. He provided an attachment to demonstrate that the payoff amount had been paid. Following his advice, I contacted Kia directly and spoke with a supervisor who clarified that the $300 was a result of a purchase option fee that was not included in the payoff quote generated by Kia's website. To resolve the issue, the Kia supervisor faxed the necessary documentation regarding the payment to Mr. Lopez and DSR Leasing. I also emailed Mr. Lopez, attaching the contract provided by Kia and emphasizing that the lease buyout quote did not account for the $300 purchase option fee. I informed him that Kia had sent the required documents via fax. However, despite the supervisor's efforts, there was no follow-up or attempt from Mr. Lopez to rectify the situation. My subsequent attempts to communicate and find a resolution were met with silence and indifference. On May 17th, I reached out to Mr. Lopez once again to seek a resolution for the purchase option fee. I reiterated my responsibility to make the monthly payments until the shortage amount was received by Kia. Additionally, I emphasized that the release of the vehicle's title hinged upon resolving this matter. In response, Mr. Lopez restated that the payoff quote had been paid in full and that none of the quotes indicated a $300 fee. He insisted that if my contract with Kia stipulated the fee, I was obligated to pay it. However, in my subsequent response, I reiterated that the document generated by Kia's website did not reflect the inclusion of the $300 purchase option fee. I also emphasized Kia's assertion that the individual purchasing the vehicle is responsible for this payment. I acknowledged the confusion but stressed the urgency of a prompt resolution to rectify the situation, as the title release was contingent on payment. Unfortunately, I have not received any further response from Mr. Lopez since then. Furthermore, due to Mr. Lopez's lack of responsiveness and failure to address the issue promptly, I have been burdened with making the monthly payment that was due on May 18th for a vehicle I no longer possess, as it was picked up on April 26th. In light of this experience, I strongly caution anyone considering working with DSR Leasing to think twice. The initial responsiveness and professionalism displayed by Mr. Lopez quickly deteriorated, leaving me with unanswered questions and unresolved issues. The lack of customer service demonstrated throughout this process has left me deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with DSR Leasing's services. More

Trust the low reviews. Took my “deposits” and after 18 months never delivered the vehicle. I asked for deposit back and they held some saying it was non-refundable. At 3/4 2 days before car deliver, Chris mentioned in a call : "Don't be surprise when you see the contract, MB mark up $3500. And your $1000 is used to lower it to $2500. you save tax in the end. Fleet manager and Finance director of MB Beverly hill said the mark up was $2,500, instead of $3500. Said they have never ever receive deposit ($1000) from DSR leasing. MB told me broker took my deposit(DSR leasing). I think so. I told DSR leasing, if they can show me the record, MB receives $1000. I will escalate to MBUSA instead dealing with them. They ignored. All my effort of this case has beyond $1000. But I am an unhappy customer. I am researching any other possible actions. Dealerrater requested to remove response from DSR.
