Sold car after appointment and finance set This dealership sold a car I had pulled financing against and made an appointment to purchase. They did not offer me to make a deposit but said it was my fault for not reserving the car. Their salesperson never contacted me directly, only through the BDM. The sales and finance manager contacted me and said sorry that the manager of another location sold it to a friend. I had repeatedly asked about purchasing through their dealership 100 miles closer to me and could not get an answer. I asked to speak to the owner and was never contacted again. No response to further emails. That is not great customer service. I enjoyed working with the BDM, Mike Wingard. He tried to be helpful. More
