The change of the entire service department team, it’s a no go. My service advisor NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE OR RESPONDS TO VOICEMAILS. I was scheduled to have my oil changed 11/5/25, had to reschedule due to no go. My service advisor NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE OR RESPONDS TO VOICEMAILS. I was scheduled to have my oil changed 11/5/25, had to reschedule due to me loosing my drivers license. I had to schedule it for 11/12/25. My service advisor informed me that my car was ready and also recommended I get the engine cleaner (the service tech put it in). After I closed my invoice out, I went to the Exxon a 1/2 mile to a mile right on St Andrews Road and filled my tank ( I only use Premium Gas). December the first or early second week. Stalling when pulling into my yard and a horrible burning smell. Me thinking it’s from the heating system. The following week it starting stalling like it didn’t want to shift gears. Then here comes the loud knocking at ticking noise. I work in property management so when, I get a chance to call Lucas, I leave a message with the secretary because he either doesn’t check his voicemail or he doesn’t return calls. We’re all busy, at some point during the day it should be for checking emails and returning calls. I was able to speak with Lucas last week, Christmas Eve or it may have been Dec 23. I explained what was going on. I get from him bring it in, it maybe something else going that wasn’t caused by the oil change. Now I got teary eyed and called my dad. Chris was my service advisor since 2017 and when I had my G20t can’t remember. I never got that feeling over me like it’s not our fault from the year of your car it maybe something else. Chris and I always sat down and took care of the most important. I will say I can spend $500 today. We would go down the list what can wait and what was needed then. He would also call me while they have the car up and say this is needed not sure if it can wait until the next oil change. I don’t have this type of communication with my now advisor. More
