Doesnt even deserve one star! Received a bill from Toyota 6 months after lease turn in for 4 new tires and a water spot on the seat that their associate said was no big deal. Dell Received a bill from Toyota 6 months after lease turn in for 4 new tires and a water spot on the seat that their associate said was no big deal. Della bought the car from Toyota and sold it on their lot. Used Car Manager claimed that I was billed for the tires because they were the wrong size and he put on 4 new ones prior to sale along with having a third party detailer take a water spot off a cloth seat. Used Car Manager stated that he threw away my 4 tires that were two months old like I was suppose to believe that. Contacted the platform manager and he states that he will look into it, then says why would you be charged for seat cleaning if we bought it? Platform manager then states that he will see what he could do and this was probably because I didn't buy another Toyota. After feeding me all this BS like he will do something about it, the platform manager emails me and says sorry tires are wrong size but has nothing to say about the seat. I respond back just to have him ignore my email. Used car manager is dishonest...Platform manager will tell you what you want to hear and do nothing about it. If you have to buy or lease Toyota go to VT and save yourself the hassle. More

HORRIBLE! Gave me crap offer for trade in on my truck with plow and tow package. Offered 6k. Went willing to work on price. completely disgusted I have bought three brand new trucks through della Toyota and my in-laws have bought three as well. All of my vehicles were financed through Toyota as well. After having an accident and having my latest tundra totaled out the experience through this vehicle company and its dealership was atroshish. Toyota financial was as rude as they come quoting it could possibly take an additional 45-60 days for the Gap insurance to cover a $400 difference after my original insurance totaled the truck out. After not having a vehical for 45 days and Toyota dragging their feet in every instance I was assured everything would be fine! It was not. My last tundra was financed at 1.9% for five years I was told that the rates wouldn't be that great but they would do their best. well was I surprised. don't let them fool you with WE CAN FINANCE EVERYONE. Heck I am a repeat customer. I have given this company a xxxx ton of money and they tell me I now need to put $7000 down and financed at 16% xxx. The entire time it felt like I was an inconvenience to them. False promises. I had even spoke with the Gary Wells the sales manager and he smiled shook my hand and said they would take good care of me! HA. after a call from James their quote FINANCE guy telling me well I am sorry I just don't know what the problem is I then told them that my own bank would finance the entire deal. Well you should have heard them. I also told them that just out of spite there is no way after being treated the way I have been treated. I will buy a Chevy or a Ford before I ever buy another Toyota product let alone anything from this establishment. More

Install would be lengthily so I took day off and made arrangements to have for another vehicle. Dropped car off with the list of problems that needed attention. Clock, speaker not working in door, maintenance required light on and possible slow leak in back tire. Received call that the clock was back ordered, speaker will be ordered and the tire had a nail in the sidewall and could not be plugged. Inquired on cost of new winter tire and install was given $175 for tire and around $30 for mount and balance, so over $200 for ONE tire. I called around area looking for same tire and the price range was from $106 to $118. So bottom line I dropped off car and NOTHING was done except removal of tire. Took vehicle elsewhere and had tire replaced completely for $140. Biggest issue was the attitude and the rudeness from service personal. Staff was very short and talked down to us. When we asked about the maintenance light was advised it was the tire rotation and not the oil change and they did not rotate the tires, "Do you follow me?" was the statement posted to me. Every time we go there is feels as if we are taken for a ride. Buyer beware..... I can't say nicer things about Garrand Toyota but Della is a whole different ballgame. More
