Just horrible. Other than Berlin City, ive never had a worse experience in all my life. Their inability to contact you is above insane. I did all the legwork for my deal and really got to speak to someone worse experience in all my life. Their inability to contact you is above insane. I did all the legwork for my deal and really got to speak to someone after I called to tell them if they want to sell a truck , call me. They come scrambling then. I really felt that they really didnt even want to bother with me. I'll return for my free oil changes and pray I have no issues with the vehicle because I have no idea who to turn to to help me. Already took it in once and they were xxxx bent on charging me or overcharging me for parts. I love the truck....too bad it was on this lot. Horrible More
