It was a pleasure working with Heather and she made the process easy and more enjoyable. The vehicle I originally looked at was with D'Ella Toyota, but found it wasn't what I wanted. It was so wonderful and convenient that I could stay working with Heather as she did all the leg work and go between with the D'Ella Mitsubishi people and I didn't have to switch over to the other dealership. She made the process smooth and was in regular contact while all the paperwork was handled since I live 2 hours away. More
