I absolutely love my new car! Another thing that is important to me is having any questions answered, and Jon did an amazing job even after I took my car home. I am impressed how this dealership doesn't simply sell a car and forget you as some others do. In fact, when I had an issue with my car's touchscreen, they offered to replace the entire unit at zero cost to me, even though my car was not brand new. That is service! Clearly, Della Toyota wants to keep its customers happy and coming back, which is exactly what I will be doing. I am a loyal customer for life! More

Went in for a specific car, requested to see it and test drive it on their personal site. I get there and the car has been "Just sold" and is in the first payment. Seriously!? take it off your site. then th drive it on their personal site. I get there and the car has been "Just sold" and is in the first payment. Seriously!? take it off your site. then the guy tries to sell me a clunkier version of the same car. same year, same model, but went to test drive it and it won't start. You can clearly see where there was rust they painted over and there was damage. He then tries to say its character how the car was loved and I would love it too. Not for 25,000 dollars and not for over 90,000 miles. this was a scam. Don't buy from this dealer. More

Beware of Della Toyota! They are misleading and don't stand behind the cars they sell. Fact: Della did not inspect the used car we purchased from them in March and we had to They are misleading and don't stand behind the cars they sell. Fact: Della did not inspect the used car we purchased from them in March and we had to bring the car back on multiple occasions before they (finally) fixed the brakes. Their poor service resulted in wasted time and money -- all because they tried to shortcut things. They prey on customers and are slippery! Predatory business practices for certain! They should have properly inspected and fixed the car BEFORE they sold it to us. We recently learned from a trusted mechanic that the tires they had on the car when they sold it to us were unsafe (cracked between the treads) AND that the rear springs were broken (and had been for quite some time). Also, the calipers are leaking! Della pushed this vehicle out the door - at our expense! They lied and are snakes. STAY AWAY!!! More
