This is much-delayed thanks and praise for Taryn and her co-workers who have consistently delivered the best service I have ever received in several decades of visiting auto dealerships. Everyone here is consistently friendly, attentive and absolutely competent. Having been annoyed, in fact infuriated repeatedly by sloppy, inattentive and greedy people in this business throughout the New York metropolitan area, it's more than a pleasure to be able to bring my car to a place where I can trust the work to b done well by pleasant pople. Minimum wait times, and the costs - well they are the costs. But I get what I pay for,I trust these guys, and I can't ask for much more Thanks to Taryn and the rest of the crew, and congratulations to whomever it is who runs this show. More

I had routine service work performed on my Tacoma a couple weeks ago. That night when the lights were on, I noticed one of the dash bulbs were out in the heater/fan/AC panel. While part of the service couple weeks ago. That night when the lights were on, I noticed one of the dash bulbs were out in the heater/fan/AC panel. While part of the service included working in that area, it may have been a coincidence that the bulb burned out. Several days later, the other one failed. I went to the dealership to get two bulbs as I was able to replace them myself. Matt, in parts, who was very accomodating, told me they were about $15 each. I originally planned on buying two as I couldn't really connect the work they originally did with the bulb failure. When he told me the price, I said I would like to explain the situation to service as maybe they will make a price adjustment due to the fact the bulbs failed after service was performed. I talked to Taryn and told her the situation and could they possibly discount the price. She looked up the service record and to my surprise and delight offered to give me the bulbs at no charge since the failure was so close to the service, even though it was probably coincidental. That single act to me has cemented my relationship with DCH Toyota in Wappinger Falls. Taryn is an excellent example of how to give great customer service! More

I brought my car in for service on May 29, 2012 to have an oil change, inspection and have the battery checked. I asked the Service Advisor to see if they could check the car over thoroughly while there. H an oil change, inspection and have the battery checked. I asked the Service Advisor to see if they could check the car over thoroughly while there. He followed through and, is it turned out, the Axle Boot and power steering rack had to be replaced. I am a teacher and have to drive to the Bronx every day. The roads I take are windy, narrow, and there is often no place to safely pull off the roadway. Matthew Gaynor's excellent and professional service, along with an outstanding team of mechanics, may well have saved me from having an accident. In addition, they arranged for me to have a rental car (that was virtually new) and my extended warantee covered all the major repairs! I was so impressed with their ability to follow through, care they took in examining the car, and support of Toyota's Warantee for these critical repairs, that I would not hesitate to buy another Toyota. In fact, I started looking into that before leaving the DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering the purchase of a new or used vehicle. The reason I wanted to rate this dealership is to give praise to the two employees I had contact with last week: Joseph DiStefano and Taryn Bellino. Mr. DiStefano was a breath of fresh air when he drove me to drop off and pick up my car. It's nice to see that customer service still holds high value at DCH Toyota. Ms. Bellino was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable while she explained to me what service was needed for my 2011 Corolla. Thank you DCH Toyota for the excellent service all around. I'm thankful to Matt and the service crew for identifying and repairing an unexpected problem with my pre-certified car during a routine oil change. Not only did they identify the problem but they got to wo and repairing an unexpected problem with my pre-certified car during a routine oil change. Not only did they identify the problem but they got to work fixing it in the same day and Matt offered me a loaner car so I could get back to work instead of waiting around. Aside from this, Matt checked in to see if something might be covered under the pre-certification package even though he knew that it normally wasn't and the end result was that it turned out to be covered. I felt that Matt really wanted to make sure that our car was properly taken care of and that he and the service professionals took pride in getting things right. It left me with a great deal of confidence in their ability and in the dealership, in general. More
I am a handicapped individual who uses a walker to get around. Everytime I come to the dealership to get my Rav4 serviced it is a completely pleasurable experience. Everyone is so courteous and friendly and when they see me walking toward the door with my walker, they always come out and hold the door open for me. The service area's waiting room is up two stairs that I cannot climb so instead I sit on my walker in the little hallway. The service advisors and mechanics are all super super nice, but Matthew Gaynor in particular always goes above and beyond. He always asks me if I'd like coffee or a magazine from the waiting room, he always makes sure my car is brought around to the door so I don't have to walk very far. I have never felt so valued as a customer at any other dealership I've dealt with in my lifetime. Even though I bought my car almost two years ago, the salesman that I dealt with, Michael, still calls to see if I'm enjoying my purchase to which my answer is always a resounding YES!!!! I cannot recommend this dealership enough! More
