I had a "noise" with the brakes and needed a quick assesment for safety, since I was getting ready to leave for a 500 mile (plus) trip to the Canadian boarder and time was short...Tarryn arrange quick assesment for safety, since I was getting ready to leave for a 500 mile (plus) trip to the Canadian boarder and time was short...Tarryn arranged to quickly get my '10 Camry checked...The technician (unfortunately, I didn't get his name)pulled a front and rear tire to assure brake pads and rotors were fine...He requested a moment to take the car on the road for a safety check... it was the best experince i have ever had with toyta they were fast and gave us a rental car for free and they told us what needed to be done before they did it and they also told us the price. When taking our 2010 Sequoia in for service it was discovered that the oil plug had been crossed threaded into the oil pan. I was told I needed to replace my oil pan: $500.00. In that our Toyota had discovered that the oil plug had been crossed threaded into the oil pan. I was told I needed to replace my oil pan: $500.00. In that our Toyota had been serviced at Toyota dealerships in Orlando, Florida and at DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota it was impossible to assess blame. I spoke to Jeff Walsh, the service manager at DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota and explained to him that our Toyota had always only been cared for at registered Toyota dealerships. Instead of giving me the run around, Jeff Walsh and DCH Toyota took care of my oil pan and plug under warranty. Total cost to me: $0.00. went for a free oil change. and when i got their, I asked if it could be possible if they could do a wheel alignment,cause I change over from my winter snows to reg wheels. I notice that the passenger front tire was worn out. they said no problem, I also informed them that I had a great amount of understeer with this car and for them to check it out.when the car was ready in record time i paid for the wheel alignment and drove away, I notice that I had no more understeer!!! I turn around and went back to the dealer and informed them that they had a great mechanic.That I was driving a new car again.It's nice to fine a dealer that showed their customer what was before the fix and after the fix results. great mechanic & great counter serviceman.
