Cheerful, neat, courteous staff know me, among hundreds of other customers, by name. Waiting room and restroom facilities are clean and well lit. Waiting room provides fresh coffee and neat rows of current magazines, a more subtle way of showing customer consideration and pride in the facility's presentation. Labor costs seem competitive. Toyota parts are pricey but I would rather have the assurance of Toyota quality than the uncertainty of other manufacturers. Similar to dental visits, no one likes even routine car maintenance, but Jeff, Crystal, Karen and the dealership's team of mechanics make this necessity actually enjoyable. More

My 2007 Rav4 Sport had a defective drive shaft and R/P with only ~45,000 miles on it. I had to call Corporate Service a few times with no results. John Stinson worked extremely hard, above and beyond, in with only ~45,000 miles on it. I had to call Corporate Service a few times with no results. John Stinson worked extremely hard, above and beyond, in getting the work done so I would not get in an accident and possibly kill myself or someone else. There are no words to express the amount of appreciation I feel. John Stinson is friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He deserves recognition. I purchased a used Honda Pilot from DCH Toyota in 2008 from LEE BURNS. Along with the car, I also purchased the Toyota Extended Care warrantee which could be used at my private mechanic or any dealer inc from LEE BURNS. Along with the car, I also purchased the Toyota Extended Care warrantee which could be used at my private mechanic or any dealer including Honda and Toyota. Recently, I was looking to get warrantee work completed through Honda. When I went to the 2 closest Honda dealerships to Fishkill, they gave me a run around about servicing the car with Toyota Extended care and made my life extremely difficult. I remember when I bought it, Mr Burns told me if I have any problems, with ANYTHING, to come back to him. So I did just that. Mr BURNS personally set me up with the Service Manager JOHN STINSON to have my car checked out. What a pleasure it was to deal with JOHN STINSON. He set me up with a loaner car for my family while he diagnosed the issue. JOHN called every couple days to update me on the progress of the repairs. The service was performed quickly, unfortunately , no fault to JOHN, the Parts from Honda is was took a long time to get, but it was definely worth the wait. When the service was completed, they found and fixed over $1000 of additional problems with the vehicle that were all covered by the extended warrantee and the Pilot runs Perfect. After purchasing a Honda and being treated at the Honda Dealership like they were doing me a favor by fixing my car, my next car will definitely be from LEE BURNS at Wappinger Toyota and it will definitely be serviced by JOHN STINSON. They are A+ for PUTTING THE CUSTOMER 1ST. They treat you with so much respect and courtesy. THANKS AGAIN JOHN AND LEE! More

Since my car needed parts that had to be ordered, I was given a loaner so that I would not be inconvenienced in any way. I truly appreciate the way Crystal kept me informed on everything that was going on and I would definitely go back to DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota for service any day. More
