I would like to thank Tommy Jordan (Service advisor) very much for his help in getting my 2009 Toyota corolla fixed for the water pump issue, and the unexpected issues that came up during regular inspection much for his help in getting my 2009 Toyota corolla fixed for the water pump issue, and the unexpected issues that came up during regular inspection as well. He was kind and patient as he explained the various options and coordinated the entire repair in a professional and friendly manner. i went to this dealership because they have a high rating. The service dept, matthew gaynor in particular, was very helpful and courteous. My car was fixed correctly and quickly. I have had an ongoing relationship with DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota since March of 2009 when I purchased my 2009 Toyota Sienna LE. My minivan has only been serviced by this dealership and I must say their service department is superb. They are kind and very descriptive and do all they can to make your experience a positive one. I have dealt with Tommy Jordan and he has always gone above and beyond to make sure my van is running correctly and has always done right by my family of 6. He is very honest and has the customer's safety and best interest at heart. He treats his customers with respect and gives them as much time as they need even on his busiest of days. I look forward to purchasing many more vehicles from DCH Toyota and having Tommy Jordan take care of our car's maintenance/service needs. Keep up the fantastic work! More
We're from out of town, and when we broke down and had to be towed in I worried about what customer service would be like in the north. But these folks are extremely friendly! I'm not one to write product reviews but I felt I needed to write a review about my experience at DCH Toyota. My wife was visiting the Fishkill area when her 2002 Toyota Sequoia broke down. Not kno needed to write a review about my experience at DCH Toyota. My wife was visiting the Fishkill area when her 2002 Toyota Sequoia broke down. Not knowing any mechanics in the area, we opted to go to DCH. I worked with Matthew Gaynor, the Assistant Service Manager, who was very knowledgeable and gave us confidence that he would take care of us. The initial reason for going in was to replace the drive belt which had snapped. While there, I decided to have a few extra things done (ie: broken door handle, broken rear hatch handle and the timing belt replacement which was due). I don't look forward to spending money but, in this case, it was well worth it. All the work was completed professionally and my wife and I are extremely happy with the way things turned out. I called Matthew to personally give him my thanks. He displayed excellent customer service and I look forward to continue bringing my vehicles there when I move into the area shortly. I bought my 2007 Avalon from a dealer in New Jersey, but driving back and forth to that dealership for service was a hardship. I went to DCH to see if I could get my regular and warranty service done there driving back and forth to that dealership for service was a hardship. I went to DCH to see if I could get my regular and warranty service done there and have not been sorry. Their Service personnel have been the most knowledgeable, personal and caring group that I have ever met in a Dealership Service Dept. They have always greeted me with a warm hello and have always given me their personal attention in taking care of my needs. I know the cliche "They bend over backwards" seems trite, but they have done just about that. Although I don't know all their names (other than Sal), their mechanics never minded coming out and explaining something to me to make me assured that my car was in the best running order. The total service group, including the parts guys, have always been professional and went the extra mile. A pleasure to deal with!! More

This is much-delayed thanks and praise for Taryn and her co-workers who have consistently delivered the best service I have ever received in several decades of visiting auto dealerships. Everyone here is consistently friendly, attentive and absolutely competent. Having been annoyed, in fact infuriated repeatedly by sloppy, inattentive and greedy people in this business throughout the New York metropolitan area, it's more than a pleasure to be able to bring my car to a place where I can trust the work to b done well by pleasant pople. Minimum wait times, and the costs - well they are the costs. But I get what I pay for,I trust these guys, and I can't ask for much more Thanks to Taryn and the rest of the crew, and congratulations to whomever it is who runs this show. More

I had routine service work performed on my Tacoma a couple weeks ago. That night when the lights were on, I noticed one of the dash bulbs were out in the heater/fan/AC panel. While part of the service couple weeks ago. That night when the lights were on, I noticed one of the dash bulbs were out in the heater/fan/AC panel. While part of the service included working in that area, it may have been a coincidence that the bulb burned out. Several days later, the other one failed. I went to the dealership to get two bulbs as I was able to replace them myself. Matt, in parts, who was very accomodating, told me they were about $15 each. I originally planned on buying two as I couldn't really connect the work they originally did with the bulb failure. When he told me the price, I said I would like to explain the situation to service as maybe they will make a price adjustment due to the fact the bulbs failed after service was performed. I talked to Taryn and told her the situation and could they possibly discount the price. She looked up the service record and to my surprise and delight offered to give me the bulbs at no charge since the failure was so close to the service, even though it was probably coincidental. That single act to me has cemented my relationship with DCH Toyota in Wappinger Falls. Taryn is an excellent example of how to give great customer service! More
