A Service employee heard me ask a representative if it wa To whom it may concern: On 01/12/11, I brought my 2007 Rav 4 to DCH for routine service. A Service employee heard me ask a representative if it was possible to re-program my remote so all doors would open with one button. ( As opposed to multiple buttons which to me was "maddning") Although I purchased the vehicle new from this dealership, my remote starter was installed by a vendor that was contracted by Toyota. Jeff Walsh intervened and advised me that they may need to contact this vendor to re-program my remote. He further stated that he would attempt to address my request by hooking it up to his laptop to reprogram it. His efforts were successful and I made his supervisor (Lee) aware of how satisfied with his dedication and perseverance. What made this occurrence more impressive was that it was the end of his shift (my appt. was at 3:50 PM) and there was heavy snowfall on this day. I'm sure that his shift was challenging due to the weather conditions but his focus remained on customer service. Service Department has been more helpful and friendly than any service department I have ever dealt with. I have had a recent bad experience with another toyota dealership which made me lean toward not than any service department I have ever dealt with. I have had a recent bad experience with another toyota dealership which made me lean toward not going with another toyota in the future. Because of the experience I have had with the DCH Wappingers service department I am considering changing my decision and sticking with toyota. More
When I arrived at the dealership to have my '06 Toyota serviced,I decided to just look at the used cars for my son. Michael went through the list of used cars with me and I called my son to see what he th serviced,I decided to just look at the used cars for my son. Michael went through the list of used cars with me and I called my son to see what he thought about the choices. Michael was so patient with me as I worked through this process. As I sat there, I realized that my son was not going to be able to get a car with low mileage at the price he was looking for. So, the most logical thing to do was to look at the new cars for myself and let him buy my low mileage Toyota. Michael went through this whole process with me and helped me so much. He even went so far as to pick me up at my home the next day and took the plates off my car. Buying a new car can be a very scarey experience for a woman alone but Michael made it easy. He took care of all the necessary things...registration, insurance, financing and guided me through the paperwork. He also told me about the New Owners Clinic. I bought a car from this dealership in '06 and was satisfied with the car and the service department but now I am more then satisfied with Toyota and Michael. I do recommend them to everyone. More

You are made to feel that your needs are of the utmost importance to Taryn. She is willing to spend unlimited amounts of time to help aid you with any problems. And so patient! Joey, the van chauffeur is always available to drive me back and forth if mechanical work is needed. A great addition to the Toyota staff! Friendly and courteous, too! Mike Zimmerman, the mechanic, has been taking care of my '97 4Runner for years, and keeps it running perfectly.
