She called us later in the afternoon to pick up the vehicle. She explained to us that we accidentally hit a button that changed the speedometer to km/h instead of MPH and showed us where the button was located. This eased our minds because we thought it was an indicator of some other problems More

They once had my car for an entire day to fix the radio and when I finally picked It up the problem was not solved!! Manager, Ben, is a complete tool who lies and does not care about his clients. Any time I have visited this service center, even for a simple oil change, which takes 2 hours, I've had an unpleasant experience. I will not be going back.... More
Excellent service experience I recently brought my new Avalon in for an intermittent rattle that was really annoying me. The service team (first Phil Sileo and then Evin Calderon) I recently brought my new Avalon in for an intermittent rattle that was really annoying me. The service team (first Phil Sileo and then Evin Calderon) went to great lengths to help locate and fix the source of the problem. The problem turned out to be tricky and required some hard work by the DCH team to locate, but they finally nailed the problem and I'm quite a happy customer as a result. I'd like to say a good word for the service manager (Ben) as well, who was very courteous. All in all, I think this team is first rate all the way and would recommend them to anyone. More
"Not happy with the service team" I had an older camry towed to this dealership because I wasn't really happy with the service teams attitude at Newburgh Toyota. Even though I received I had an older camry towed to this dealership because I wasn't really happy with the service teams attitude at Newburgh Toyota. Even though I received better service in terms of tone and accomodations, I wasn't kept in the loop toward the end of the repairs that were done to my vehicle. Initially I received constant updates on my car once it arrived at the dealership, they let me know what was needed and how much everything would cost, but for some reason once the repairs were "finished" and I was waiting to get back in-state to pick up the car (almost a month later), I received a call saying that the car needed more work. At this point I had already spent $4,200 in repairs and made it clear that if anything major needed to be done to just let me know so that I could have the car junked. The car is over 10 years old and it's only worth about $7,000 and now it still needs (according to DCH) about another $2,000 in repairs. I'm not blaming them for how much work needed to be done but I wish I would have been told what the car needed in the beginning so that I didn't need to waste my hard earned money; for all this I could've just purchased a new car, which is why I brought it to them in the first place to see if it was even worth fixing. Come to find out the individual that misinformed me of my car being completed with repairs, had done this before and no longer works there. They probably should've caught this sooner so I didn't have to waste 4,200 dollars. Oh! I'm not sure which one of the mechanics worked on my car but the individual obviously didn't care about my car. I brought the car in with the spare tire on the back seat wrapped in a plastic bag to make sure that the dirt and grease from the tire didn't get on the leather. When I came to retrieve the car, the tire and rim were sitting on the bare seat (detached) leaving marks (that I can't get out) all over the seat and a bead of sealant for the tire on the seat as well (that I was able to remove with a little goo gone). On the upside they were very nice, but I expect a little more from a dealership that's been named the "new york toyota dealer of the year." I guess that's only if you buy a car there. More
Unsatisfied Why is there service advisors working for a company like Toyota that have no idea what there doing? Generally speaking I have never had an issue but when I'm talking to someone who works there it would be nice if they knew what they were doing or better yet cared about there job. The service advisor Diana D has no clue about selling anything or acknowledging customers. If she's going to sit there and talk to every guy that walks past her maybe she should find a new job. I must have been to old because she could careless about helping me. More

Today not only Mr Porter helped us with the service issue which does not belong to his department but also successfully made us felt important personally. We will never forget your kindness and definitely will not bring our business else where. Thank you again! More

Service advisors fought over who had to deal with me, just to tell me to go across the street to someone else. Shuttle driver could have been polite about where I was asking to be dropped off. We had to argue about whether he would drive me or not. Getting a return shuttle was way too much of a hassle. I'm only 10 minutes away. Only 2 of the 3 accessories from the "we owe" were actually done when I came back, after being told I was done. If I was within the 3 day return policy, I would return the vehicle and get the same from another dealer. More
