Didn’t tell the truth about lifetime oil changes When I bought the life oil change plan, no one ever explained me that I can only have 4 oil changes per year. Also each time they do an oil change in my car they leave the paper mat and paper number tag in my car, feels like a messy job. Another time they forgot to take off the oil change light that shows up when you have to get a oil change done. They are very sloppy and not on point in their job. I see them talking and texting and making customers wait for no reason. More

Finding things wrong that weren't there during the previous two visits and in the past when people came in for their third and final free service - tire rotation and oil c that weren't there during the previous two visits and in the past when people came in for their third and final free service - tire rotation and oil change service people came out with a list of things that were wrong with their vehicles. We witnesses this twice, customers refused to have the work done and after speaking to them, the common denominator was third and final free visit. More

Installed bad oil filter. Could have ruined my engine I took my 2011 Camry to the dealer for scheduled service as I always have. It was only due for an oil change and tire rotation. It took a little longer than I expected, but that was no big deal. The problem started a couple of days later when I thought the engine sounded a little tinny. Then the oil light started blinking on occasionally. I got it off the road as soon as I could and when I checked the dipstick, it came out clean. Later I noticed an oil puddle on my garage floor and drops up and down my driveway. It was after 6 when I called the dealer so I left a voicemail describing the issue. They called back the next morning because the person who listened to my message told the service person I had called because my check engine light had come on (clearly not what I said). Once I told them the real issue they realized it was serious and sent a tow truck. Later that day they called and said it was fixed, the problem was caused by a warped gasket on the new oil filter they had installed. They did not charge me for the tow or the second oil change, but they were not really as apologetic as I would have expected. We bought at least our last 4 cars from them and use them for all our scheduled service. They should have at least been more apologetic as if I hadn’t noticed the problem quickly, it could have damaged my engine irreparably. It would have been a nice token gesture if they had at least refunded the charge for the original oil change and tire rotation. More

I generally detest dealerships but this one is reputable and solid. More
