Comfy, polite, longish DCH personnel are nice and knowledgeable and answer any question you have, it's a comfortable waiting area with good coffee, and in the end you get a DCH personnel are nice and knowledgeable and answer any question you have, it's a comfortable waiting area with good coffee, and in the end you get a thoroughly looked-over car that's been washed.
