Top-Notch Customer Service! I brought my car in to DCH Toyota in Wappingers Falls to get my all-season tires installed on my car. I own a Subaru, and Toyota was able to perform t I brought my car in to DCH Toyota in Wappingers Falls to get my all-season tires installed on my car. I own a Subaru, and Toyota was able to perform the work superbly, as if it were one of their own makes and models. The technician also treated my car as if it was his own, and took great care in keeping the car clean since I had just finished detailing it. Alicia, my service representative went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant experience during my visit by answering all of my questions, addressing any special requests I had regarding my service, and expertly conveying those requests to the service technician who worked on my car. She was attentive, courteous, and highly knowledgeable about cars as well. Alicia should be commended for her expertise and value that she brings to the service department/team. Overall my experience there was so good that it made me want to continue to have my car serviced at DCH Toyota from now on, as I will not be going back to Subaru unless absolutely necessary. Thank you so much to Alicia, and the service tech who worked on my car, I really do appreciate the top-notch service and look forward to the next visit for any routine maintenance my car may require. More
