Dissatisfied service. Extremely frustrated with the service at this dealership. The service manager neglected to put replace the key battery on the original service order w Extremely frustrated with the service at this dealership. The service manager neglected to put replace the key battery on the original service order when I brought the car in. Therefore when I picked up the car, the key battery was not replaced. I had to wait for another service employee to handle this. Then when I left the dealership, I noticed that the driverside light was out. I don't know why this wasn't checked before I picked up the car. Now I have to return to get this light replaced. What an inconvenience! Also, for the past three years, when I call to make an appointment, someone always asks me which car I need service for and I have responded with the fact that I no longer have one of those cars and if they would please remove it from the system. Three years later, they are still asking me which car I need service for. I would never buy another Toyota because of the poor service. More

Brought my truck in for Oil change, Inspection and Tire Rotation. I needed brakes so I said yes to do the brakes. It was then over 2 hrs that my brakes were done. They took care of the oil for me but to my Rotation. I needed brakes so I said yes to do the brakes. It was then over 2 hrs that my brakes were done.
