Excellent service by call handling. I had an excellent call with the call handling desk when I went in for servicing. The service desk said that they could NOT use my tire rotation coupo I had an excellent call with the call handling desk when I went in for servicing. The service desk said that they could NOT use my tire rotation coupon unless I came back again. When I called the service number again, they promptly gave me an immediate service time which allowed the technician to do the needful at the same time. Wish the coupons were not that restrictive. More
