Robert was a fantastic salesman. We spent time explaining our needs and she was receptive and able to provide us with a work sheet for trade in and sales of a new car. I picked up my car in a process that took just about an hour. Expedited service, honesty and integrity are the qualities that I found at DCH Wappingers Toyota. I bought a couple of cars from them and they always give the best price. Over the years, I have purchased 13 new vehicles from 13 different dealerships. That may sound strange to hear that. My experience with a new car purchase has always been negative. The sales people all seemed to be trained in the same negative attitude, the same zero personality, the same 'if you don't buy it here, who cares'.attitude. I always wondered how these places stayed in business. And then..along came Heather! She was wonderful! I peppered her with a list of questions and she never faltered once in giving me the information that I wanted. I admit that I entered the dealership with clenched teeth, expecting the same old runaround that I was used to. It wasn't to be, and I can't say enough about the experience with Heather. This is your 'Sales Person Of The Year'. Where do I cast my vote? My RAV V6 is all that she promised and then some. I WILL be a repeat customer because of Heather. I recenlty bought a pre owned car from Pinkal. I told him over the phone about my budget, type, and mileage of the vehicle I might be interested in. Upon arrival there was a car, picked out from the dealership's inventory, parked in front of the showroom. Pinkal went upon and beyond to ensure that I was able to drive that car within 24 hours. He came in on his day off and helped me get the car. This the second car that I've purchased from him; the first one being a new car- 09 Corolla. Pinkal is like having a dealer in our family.
