They also have great flexibility when it comes to scheduling appointments when most convenient to the customers schedule. As for Dan who has worked on my 4 toyota vehicles for the past 5+ years has provided me with nothing less then the best mechanical and accurate service. With this kind of service I leave with a confident feeling that the job was done right. In a nutshell Dan, Crystal, and Taryn set the example that many should fallow- With that being said, all of the above are the reasons why I would continue to go to Wappingers Central Toyota for service. I am so satisfied with DCH wappingers toyota. before i purchased the car i was informed that if i had to trade the car i had 3-5 days to do so with money back no obligations guarenteed. Well, I didnt set out to put them to the test, it just so happened that after i put my family into the car i realized it was a bit smaller than I aticipated. I went back two days later, feeling crappy about having to have them do all the paper work again, but they were true to their word. With no attitude, they let me pick out another car to my satisfaction, all went smooth, I drove away with a bigger car and a happier customer. I recommend Toyota to anyone. Jeff worked constantly, and without stoping untill he found a VERY tiny, electric wire that had caused us to have no heat, he kept in constant touch, telling us he was still at it, he loaned us a loaner found a VERY tiny, electric wire that had caused us to have no heat, he kept in constant touch, telling us he was still at it, he loaned us a loaner car, and when a death in the family suddenly happened in Maine, DURRING a blizzard, Jeff located a 4 wheel drive vehicle for us so we could go to the funeral..he went ABOVE and BEHOND, trying to locate a very difficult and hard too find short in our 2011 sequoia. we found all the folks at DCH service dept GREAT. Chrystal, at the service desk also went out of her way in being helpfull as well..we love our Toyota, and the folks at DCH, made a difficult situation, much less stressfull, as they realy cared obut us !! jimmy dietrich More
I was treated with respect throughout the entire sales process. Mr. Schaefer worked hard to find the car I wanted even though DCH did not have one on site. Every time I have called to speak to Mr. Schae process. Mr. Schaefer worked hard to find the car I wanted even though DCH did not have one on site. Every time I have called to speak to Mr. Schaefer he immediately picked up the call or called me back within a half hour of leaving a message. He delivered my car when he promised to do so and was extremely helpful in explaining all of the car's features. As for my trade-in, a car with 220,000 miles and a shot transmission- Mr. Schaefer made a fair offer, which to my mind sealed the deal in buying my new car from DCH. Mr. Italiano took care of all of my financing requirements and obtained an excellent loan rate (lower than my credit union) for the purchase. He too was responsive to my telephone calls and arranged everything with a minimum infringement of my time. Overall, the experience was excellent. As I was leaving with the car, the dealership manager, Ira, came over and thanked me for my purchase, in a low key, but appropriate manner. I would certainly recommend this dealership to family and friends. More
Recently I took my Avalon in for a recall & inspection. Usually Taryan is my rep, She was out and Crystal took care of me. Both young ladies are wonderful people to be wotking for you. Dee also entered the picture to explain a couple of issues regarding my inspection. Being I had another appointment she assured me I would be done In time. I was... with 15 minutes to spare. After all work was completed Dee took the time to go over little detail on my bill, which I really appreciated. My Avalon has never been serviced by anyone else other than DCH. I trust DHC to tke care of my Avalon. One other person I would like to give mention to.. is Art. A little over a year ago I was having a vibrating problem with my car. He so patiently worked with me and actually found and corrected the problem for me. I am sure there are others that are also good mechanics. Dan worked on my car this past time, he was very pleasant and informative. Needless to say, three weeks ago my son-in-law ( Martin Brogan) was looking for a car for my daughter, Being that I always commented on the service, and the fact he has driven our car at times while we were in Fl, he decided to go to DCH to see what you had to offer. Not only did he buy an Avalon He bought one with ALL the whistles. It is a beautiful car! Last BUT not least your service manager Jeff Walsh is one of the most exceptional people representing Toyota. Thank you so much for being there for an eldery senior citzen!!! (Your bagels and coffee are a plus). A Service employee heard me ask a representative if it wa To whom it may concern: On 01/12/11, I brought my 2007 Rav 4 to DCH for routine service. A Service employee heard me ask a representative if it was possible to re-program my remote so all doors would open with one button. ( As opposed to multiple buttons which to me was "maddning") Although I purchased the vehicle new from this dealership, my remote starter was installed by a vendor that was contracted by Toyota. Jeff Walsh intervened and advised me that they may need to contact this vendor to re-program my remote. He further stated that he would attempt to address my request by hooking it up to his laptop to reprogram it. His efforts were successful and I made his supervisor (Lee) aware of how satisfied with his dedication and perseverance. What made this occurrence more impressive was that it was the end of his shift (my appt. was at 3:50 PM) and there was heavy snowfall on this day. I'm sure that his shift was challenging due to the weather conditions but his focus remained on customer service. If Toyota has a recognition program for their employees, Jeff Walsh is most deserving of any such reward. Respectfully: Joseph Finnigan More
