I had done a lot of research on cars.com so i had an idea what the car should cost, took it for a test drive with Jose, who showed me what the car cost the dealership and I also discovered that the salepeople there do NOT work on commission. I got a fair amount on my trade, an 11 year old Chrysler minivan with some serious rust on/in the body. The whole process did not take a lot of time, there was absolutely NO pressure to buy the car or to buy other options. two of my friends also bought their cars at DCH and they both had similar experiences - very good ones, so I feel confident in referring anyone to DCH for a Toyota. We replaced a car that literally rusted out from under us. We were attracted to Toyota because of a great lease offer on the Corolla LE and prior experience with a Tacoma pickup. We had an appointment with Corey Rheal, who got us started with the process, found the car we would be trying, and brought it around for the test drive. Paul Mandras took us on the test drive and got us started on the paperwork, which process we finished with Corey when we picked up the car. We felt no pressure at any time from either of them to purchase the car, and they both worked hard to make sure we could pick up the car that same afternoon - even though we didn't have all the paperwork to transfer the plates from the old car! Went in to look for a used Corolla, I had spoken to Corey on the phone prior to visiting. He showed my what they had in stock, and I test drove one. Corey was extremely knowledgeable, able to answer any qu on the phone prior to visiting. He showed my what they had in stock, and I test drove one. I deal with salespeople for a living so I have a pretty good B.S. detector, I could tell Corey was always being completely upfront and truthful with me. We found the right car for me and the right price. He was able to take care of the all the registration and insurance needs and I drove off with the car a few hours later.
