DCH Toyota offers such phenomenal customer service that we've leased five cars in six years through them and always had our cars serviced there, too. Robert Goldberg has continually "done right by us" and we've leased five cars in six years through them and always had our cars serviced there, too. Robert Goldberg has continually "done right by us" and rewarded our loyalty. For example, Rob called us a year ago to let us know of a promotion whereby my husband could return his lease early, reduce his monthly payments, drive home in a new car, and get a free iPod. What a win-win! Because Rob's in a new role now, we just dealt with Mary Snoek (though Rob was still involved and looking out for us). Mary knew what I wanted in a car, and she made it happen for me! She even ordered a last-minute change to the car's exterior (I had said it was probably too late, and she said she'd get it done), which looks fantastic. I like that she patiently stepped me through all the car's features before we even committed to the new lease. When we returned our old car on Tuesday, I thought I'd removed all of our personal belongings, but I had forgotten my kids' favorite audio CDs. I stopped by the dealership yesterday without calling, and Mary practically greeted me at the door with my pile of CDs. She was always one step ahead of me.... This new car is perfect. My children are on cloud nine with the split-screen DVD, and I'm like a kid in a candy store with all the extras. I reviewed the guidebooks last night (Mary had flagged all the important pages--another example of going above and beyond), and I successfully hooked up the Bluetooth, programmed the navigation, synched the garage doors, etc. She had said I could stop by at any point if I had questions about anything--and I believe it. Thank you so much for my beautiful car, Mary and Rob!!! We're all so happy. :) More
I spent some time online checking out the website reviewing the various packages and photos available before coming in to the dealership. At the dealership I met with Melissa who was very knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic about the car and all it's new features. She went through all the packages again with me and made sure I got everything I wanted. A couple of days later my husband came in, Melissa went through all the specs with him with the same upbeat attitude. This time he took the test drive and we were both very confident about the purchase of the 2012 Camry. Robert handled the financial aspects smoothly. Overall the customer service was great, I am very happy with the purchase. More

I purchased a 2011 Toyota Rav 4 on January 27th. The experience at DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota could not have easier or more pleasurable. M.J. Herring sat with me when I first visited the dealership on January 25th. He was friendly, informative, showed me all the comps for the models I was considering and explained the no hassle approach to selling cars at DCH. I told M.J. that I was going to go to a few dealers and ask for their best price. I would not shop the prices around and I would buy the car from the dealer that gave me the best quote. Also, I was doing research and wasn't prepared to buy a car for weeks or maybe months. M.J. worked up the quotes on the different Rav 4 models, again explaining the 'no hassle pricing.' He then actually printed them out and with confidebce, gave them to me to take home. Robert Goldberg, the Business Manager, came out to meet me and was friendly, thanked me for coming in and gave me his contact information so I could reach him directly, should I have any questions. My wife and I came back a couple of hours later and bought the car. M.J. had a serious personal issue on the afternoon when we came to pick up the car. We were greeted and helped by Rolando Dones who was friendly, professional and continued to make dealing with DCH a pleasant experience. He walked us through the steps, showed me the car and was as helpful as could be. Karl Boye, the Sales Manager, also took time out of his day to meet us. It's hard to put into words and really explain the easiness of our experience at DCH. Corey spent a lot of time trying to track down the car with the exact color and options we wanted. He tried very hard and we wound up ordering one from the factory. We appreciated the time and effort both Corey and Rich put into making our wishes come true. They both were wonderful about constantly staying in touch with us during the process, always keeping us up-dated on where we were at. They both had GREAT patience with us, always explaining each step. When we got the car, Rich spent a lot of time with us in the car, explaing each and every option - again with great patience. Corey took us easily through all the paperwork and explaining additional options that were available. We think Toyota is very lucky to have two such kind and professional people to represent them. We already love our new Sienna as we did our last one. In the past we were very happy with the service dept. also and look forward to having them care for our new Sienna.
