I had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle any time soon but I kept looking at my Honda Pilot 2007 with 196,000 miles on it and the idea was sounding better. Well long and behold I received an offer for a loan from capital one for Toyota at Wappinger Falls and I figured what did I have to lose. Well, I met Vincent one Saturday evening and that's where it all began. I didn't purchase a Toyota but with the help of Vincent and Neil I drove away on Tuesday with a Hyundai Santa Fe that met my needs. They had some great cars on their lot. That may not have been my first choice car but after obtaining all the information I received on the car including the carfax, I felt comfortable and think that it was a great buy. I am happy with my car and thank Vincent and Neil for all the help, hassle free buying and information I received from them. When taking our 2010 Sequoia in for service it was discovered that the oil plug had been crossed threaded into the oil pan. I was told I needed to replace my oil pan: $500.00. In that our Toyota had discovered that the oil plug had been crossed threaded into the oil pan. I was told I needed to replace my oil pan: $500.00. In that our Toyota had been serviced at Toyota dealerships in Orlando, Florida and at DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota it was impossible to assess blame. I spoke to Jeff Walsh, the service manager at DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota and explained to him that our Toyota had always only been cared for at registered Toyota dealerships. Instead of giving me the run around, Jeff Walsh and DCH Toyota took care of my oil pan and plug under warranty. Total cost to me: $0.00. My wife and I were passing DCH and saw a scion tc for sale and decided to stop in and see our nephew. We were very happy with the way the whole deal was handled, Vincent worked his magic and was able to sale and decided to stop in and see our nephew.
