This is the fourth car my family and I have purchased from this dealer. This was especially useful since I went though quite a few theoretical purchases with them during the process. They were also very low pressure, not making me feel like I had to commit to the car to get a price. This enabled me to do a good comparison with Edmunds TMV and with other research based on what was actually on the lot. I found the price to be below the TMV for my area and very competitive overall. I very much like having the convenience of the well priced dealer in my local area. My decision to purchase from this dealer was made even easier given the fact that they have provided me with truly top notch service with my other cars. The fact that the sales people do not work on commision was a big plus in all regards. I started with one salesman and when I came in again and found him busy, he got me over to his co-worker immediately. Whenever I could not immediately get with one the other would take over in the same open and low pressure manner. All in all, the entire experience was very satisfying. More

Pinkal was an excellent salesman. He answered all of our questions with no pressure to buy. My husband and I went on two test drives on used cars then ended up buying new. He told us it was his job to find the right car for us, and that's exactly what he did. I was not an easy job for him because when we walked in I had no idea what I was looking for. We had been to two other dealers that day before walking in to Toyota. Picking up our new car was so easy. All the paperwork was ready, Pinkal had arranged everything with DMV and my insurance. He even sat in our new car and set up the cell phone for us. After having my new car for a week I had a complaint about a rattle noise that has been annoying. I called Pinkal and he set up an appointment with the service dept. for the same day. The issue is still being worked on but the service people were very understanding and I hope it will be resoved soon. More

This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had. It started off as an online request for quote for a specific car one snowy Saturday morning. Within an hour of the request I received a call fro had. It started off as an online request for quote for a specific car one snowy Saturday morning. Within an hour of the request I received a call from their online sales consultant acknowledging receipt of my request. A few more email exchanges and phone calls later(all within a couple of hours) we had a tentative deal and had set up an appointment for a test drive for the very next day. One of the nice thing about this dealership is that they are open on Sundays and I believe this makes all the difference especially for people like me who do most of their shopping over the weekend.The experience at the dealership during the test drive was great. We had all our questions answered and all the important features of the car were demonstrated.We closed the deal that day and decided to pick the car the next weekend. The dealership took care of all the paperwork and everything was ready when we came the next weekend to pick the car and complete the transaction. Everything about the car was explained to us in detail and we were out of there within an hour in our spanking new car.
