My experience with DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota was definitely a good one! I was in the market for a new car but had not made up my mind what make or manufacturer after test driving several models. I took her advice and met with Robert who was not only friendly, but also knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. I was particularly impressed with the fact that we were never pressured or made to feel uncomfortable. After test driving the Rav4, I knew it would be the right vehicle for me. We were pleased with the purchase price and again, never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Robert was efficient in finding the vehicle I wanted since I had a list of preferences. In particular, I want to say that Rolando Dones was exemplary in every way - polite, thorough, patient, responsive, timely and kind. I also interacted with Daryl, his manager, and with Robert Goldberg, your business manager. Daryl and Robert were also very helpful and exemplified high professional standards and excellent people skills throughout the process - as did Rolando, of course. In addition, the service manager was efficient in his assessment of my "vintage" 1990 Toyota Camry - the service department installed the remote starter I ordered within 24 hours. On one of the hottest days of the year last week, Rolando made sure I had plenty of cold water at my disposal and took great care in making sure I was comfortable throughout my "shopping" experience.This was, by far, the most pleasant and professionally well handled experience I have ever had in shopping for and purchasing a vehicle. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience purchasing my car from this dealership. I worked with Rich Schiro throughout the process and I have to say, it was the best experience in dealing wit purchasing my car from this dealership. I worked with Rich Schiro throughout the process and I have to say, it was the best experience in dealing with a sales associate in any car dealership I've ever been to. I needed a car ASAP and Rich made it a priority to find me one. I had a pretty strict budget going in, which I was never pressured in the least to stray from. The first time I stopped in I wasn't able to pull the trigger and buy that day, so I was provided with figures on what I could expect to pay for a variety of vehicles, and again not pressured into buying something that I didn't want. The next weekend, I came back in and test drove a few cars before deciding on a 2010 Camry. While test driving, Rich noticed a slight vibration in the brakes that even I didn't notice. It ended up being the rotors had an issue, which he made sure were fixed before I drove the car off the lot. This was big for me because the last car I purchased from a different dealership had brake issues very shortly after purchase because they weren't addressed before hand. I feel it was the right choice in a car for me, and that is due in large part to not being pressured into something I didn't want.
