Bobby spent quite a bit of time going over all the features of the car and made sure that I was comfortable knowing the car's features before I left the lot. Pinkal also did a great job going over the financial paperwork and made the process enjoyable. Overall, all of the staff I dealt with went above and beyond to make myself and my parents feel comfortable. I don't like being pressured or having a bad feeling when I'm making a large purchase. I got that feeling at Hyundai and although I liked the car I was looking at , I just didn't want to deal with that dealership.. I didn't get that feeling at all at DCH Toyota... I would recommend them to everyone . I plan to use their service department..I can't rate that until I use it..If they are anything like their sales department I'll be a happy man... More
