My beloved Toyota Corolla had been showing its age of late, and though it could likely go another 50K miles, I decided to check out my options. I have been researching the Yaris for a year or more and knew it would be the car that replaced my darling Corolla, and I also saw that Toyota was offering $1000 back on their cars. I walked into DCH Toyota of Wappingers having decided that if they met my price, I would get a car that day, if not...I would hang on to my Corolla a while longer. Bobby made the process a pleasure from start to finish. It was actually easy. He met my asking price, giving me a very good deal without any pressure to get upgrades or warrantee. Pedro, the sales manager, made the finalizing of the deal very smooth. In 11 years, when it's time to replace this little car, I know where I will be headed. With the kind of attention to detail and customer care, they should have no problem staying in business for a long, long time. I have now gotten over my fear of buying a new car! More

Joey, the van chauffeur is always available to drive me back and forth if mechanical work is needed. A great addition to the Toyota staff! Friendly and courteous, too! I would like to share a positive experience we had with sales consultant, Corey Rheal.We were interested in a used van, and Corey was very helpful, answered all of our questions, he showed us all the vans in our price range, explained pros and cons of each van. We test drove 3 vehicles and we found that the best buy for us, was a used Chrysler Town and Country. Corey was helping us make the right purchase for our needs and not just trying to sell us the most expensive car on the lot, he didn't try to pressure us to buy one way or the other. He took care of all the paperwork swiftly, which made the transaction a pleasure. We recommend him highly. More
