This is the second time I have gotten a new Toyota at DCH Wappingers Falls. The first time was 3 years ago when we leased a new Toyota for our son. When we were approaching the end of the lease, we started l Wappingers Falls. The first time was 3 years ago when we leased a new Toyota for our son. When we were approaching the end of the lease, we started looking around at what was on the market. We stopped in at DCH to see Toyotas again. The salesman (Bobby Pucher) who had handled our original transaction recognized my son and me on sight as we were walking around the lot. As he was tied up with another client at the time, he made sure his sales manager welcomed us and showed us around until he was free. DCH's "no hassle" pricing allowed Bobby to put together an extremely competitive deal right off the bat --- no haggling or games. I shopped the deal around and convinced myself it was among the best available. Bobby even recommended an alternative way of ending our existing lease that saved my son several hundred dollars as well. I have shopped pretty much every Toyota dealer in the NY/CT area over the past 12 tears. All in all, I have no hesitation saying that DCH Wappingers Falls is the best among all of them --- because of the dealership overall and sales professionals like Bobby. My daughter will be shopping for her first car soon --- DCH and Bobby be our first and likely only stop. More
