Negative equity and little financial flexibility had me feeling disheartened and frustrated with the process of purchasing a new vehicle, and other dealerships hadn't given me the time of day when I presented my situation. Everyone who I worked with was incredibly attentive and thorough while we sorted through the best possible options. Evan and Pinkal were super patient throughout the process; at no point did I feel pressured to rush my decision as I have with other dealerships in the area. Nick was incredibly helpful through the financial process and went the extra mile to ensure I was walking away with the best deal possible. I ended up in a new 2016 4Runner and am thrilled! Salesman Anthony Lekocevic took us though a test drive with a hybrid and explained all the features of the Limited model. While the test vehicle did not meet our expectations as to color, Anthony came up with a silver model which we ended up purchasing.. We are please with our choice although we are still learning to work and appreciate all the various new features which our Honda did not have. More

Great Experience I purchased a 2017 Camry on 2/26/17. I had already gone online and picked out the car I wanted since I wanted the bright blue color. I drove in the lot first and saw one in the color I wanted - it happened to be the same VIN as I picked on line. I went into the dealership & met Chris Heimink. Had a test drive and purchased the car. Chris was great - easy to deal with - no pushy sales which would of turned me off & I probably would of left - so I was happy about that. Went over all features during test drive and when I picked it up. Had car ready next day. Even took a trade in on my 2007 Corolla with 256k miles, also reason I bought another Toyota. I am even able to use the Toyota dealer in Brookfield for service, which is much more convenient since I work in CT. Would recommend anyone to buy a car from Toyota and ask for Chris.
