I can't believe the reviews being written on here. This place, while convenient, does not offer anything over other dealerships. The no hassle price represents a small token discount off MSRP. I met Melissa and she was extremely helpful, courteous, kind and knowledgable regarding the car I intended to lease. We met to take the car for a test drive and that went extremely well. DCH is the BEST new car and used car dealership ever. We used them in 2001 to buy a new Camry and returned last month to buy a used Corolla. They gave us loaner car (almost new Prius!) when our Corolla was used them in 2001 to buy a new Camry and returned last month to buy a used Corolla. They gave us loaner car (almost new Prius!) when our Corolla wasn't ready because the title was in transit from DMV. They use Kelley Blue Book prices so there is no haggling about the car's value. They have the car faxes and the certified used cars come with warranty and a year of free oil changes. Our salesperson, the beautiful and lovely Melissa Sinapi gave me her cell phone number and accommodated any way she could. We asked for keyless entry on our car and they gave it to use for no extra money. We asked to put the car on a lift (my husband is a mechanic and wanted a good look under the car) and they didn't flinch- up it went. My husband, who has walked away from many dealerships and sales people in all his years of buying cars said that this was an "easy and painless experience" that it was "lovely working with Melissa" and that we WOULD be back to see her again soon. It is not easy for him to spend money! We both felt like this was the best and most enjoyable experience buying a car that we ever had. Please go see Melissa Sinapi and tell her I sent you! I'm thankful to Matt and the service crew for identifying and repairing an unexpected problem with my pre-certified car during a routine oil change. Not only did they identify the problem but they got to wo and repairing an unexpected problem with my pre-certified car during a routine oil change. Not only did they identify the problem but they got to work fixing it in the same day and Matt offered me a loaner car so I could get back to work instead of waiting around. Aside from this, Matt checked in to see if something might be covered under the pre-certification package even though he knew that it normally wasn't and the end result was that it turned out to be covered. I felt that Matt really wanted to make sure that our car was properly taken care of and that he and the service professionals took pride in getting things right. It left me with a great deal of confidence in their ability and in the dealership, in general. More
