From the outset both individuals dealt with us in a very courteous and professional manner. Bill was very thorough in explaining the advantages of DCH, rode with us on a test drive, and answered our questions. We felt the price given for the new Prius was excellent and the figure I had in mind for the value of the "like new" Prius we were trading in matched the trade in offered. No haggling was needed. We felt like valued customers and the deal offered confirmed that feeling. We'll let you know about the Service Department as soon as we have some experience with them. I went to DCH after visiting another dealer and having a horrible experience. After calling up to see if they had the 4Runner I was looking for in stock, I headed out to DCH. When I arrived, Mary Snoek greeted me and within 10 minutes I was test driving. Their method of pricing was pretty cool and Mary was just awesome all around. That was on a Friday at 6:00 pm, and Saturday morning I came back amd picked up my new truck. Highly recommended. More
I dealt with Richard Schiro who is their internet sales guy. I felt the price was good. They did not push the extras like undercoating, extended warrantee, and fabric treatment too hard. They did offer them, but it was easy to refuse. The main thing is that I did not end up in a room with some overly aggresive sales jerk with a $5k watch trying to push a bunch of crap on me. Also, the papers were in order on signing and I did not have to put up with a higher interest rate on the signing forms or threaten to leave or any of that other dealership drama garbage. More

Richard Schiro is knowledgeable, thorough, spent an appropriate amount of time with me, never exerted pressure and returned emails promptly. Pricing was a pleasant surprise both on the new SUV and a fair trade-in value on the 4Runner. The business process on delivery day was seamless with all the paperwork ready and waiting with clear concise explanation of all the documents. Overall it was a pleasant experience. P.S. Richard even washed my transferred license plates from my trade-in prior to putting them on your new vehicle. That's attention to detail! More

Mr. DiStefano was a breath of fresh air when he drove me to drop off and pick up my car. It's nice to see that customer service still holds high value at DCH Toyota.
