From the outset both individuals dealt with us in a very courteous and professional manner. Bill was very thorough in explaining the advantages of DCH, rode with us on a test drive, and answered our questions. We felt the price given for the new Prius was excellent and the figure I had in mind for the value of the "like new" Prius we were trading in matched the trade in offered. No haggling was needed. We felt like valued customers and the deal offered confirmed that feeling. We'll let you know about the Service Department as soon as we have some experience with them. I went to DCH after visiting another dealer and having a horrible experience. After calling up to see if they had the 4Runner I was looking for in stock, I headed out to DCH. That was on a Friday at 6:00 pm, and Saturday morning I came back amd picked up my new truck. Highly recommended. More
