I came to Dch after visiting Prestige in Kingston where I purchased my original Avalon 14yrs ago. Prestige was horrible to deal with..Didnt have the cars to test drive(I wanted to try an Alera,they had none) purchased my original Avalon 14yrs ago. I had a wonderful experience. I had a general idea of what I was looking for. As soon as I arrived on the lot, Robert greeted me and my husband. We took a test drive and once we went inside to discuss a price, the magic happened. He came right in line with what I was expecting and gave me a reasonable price for my old vehicle. I came in with a set idea on financing and DCH Toyota was not only able to get me a better financing deal; but, they were also able to get me a shorter term. Once I picked up the vehicle, everything was done. They offered me a few extras on the complete package which turned out to be very valuable. Overall, I would say that DCH Toyota in Wappingers Falls is fantastic. If you are looking for a vehicle and want to be treated with respect and not pushed around, this is really the place for you. Unable to get to the dealership, arrangements were made and I was picked up to boot--35 minutes away. You cannot go wrong buying from Toyota Wappingers Falls. It true: no hassle, no double talk. Oh, and the finance guy, Robert Goldberg,is straight from the hip. Yes, he offered the extras (but Consumers Report say you don't really need this)...he tries to get you to buy (it is part of his job after all) but a firm "no,thank you" should do it.
