The car was ready for us when we arrived. They changed out the worn floor mat that I asked them to do. Within 1 hour we drove away in our certified pre-owned vehicle. Easy! More

He perfectly matched us up with car that fit all our needs and had everything we wanted in it. Terry made sure everything was taken care of on the financial end. Everything was hassle free. "Not happy with the service team" I had an older camry towed to this dealership because I wasn't really happy with the service teams attitude at Newburgh Toyota. Even though I received I had an older camry towed to this dealership because I wasn't really happy with the service teams attitude at Newburgh Toyota. Even though I received better service in terms of tone and accomodations, I wasn't kept in the loop toward the end of the repairs that were done to my vehicle. Initially I received constant updates on my car once it arrived at the dealership, they let me know what was needed and how much everything would cost, but for some reason once the repairs were "finished" and I was waiting to get back in-state to pick up the car (almost a month later), I received a call saying that the car needed more work. At this point I had already spent $4,200 in repairs and made it clear that if anything major needed to be done to just let me know so that I could have the car junked. The car is over 10 years old and it's only worth about $7,000 and now it still needs (according to DCH) about another $2,000 in repairs. I'm not blaming them for how much work needed to be done but I wish I would have been told what the car needed in the beginning so that I didn't need to waste my hard earned money; for all this I could've just purchased a new car, which is why I brought it to them in the first place to see if it was even worth fixing. Come to find out the individual that misinformed me of my car being completed with repairs, had done this before and no longer works there. They probably should've caught this sooner so I didn't have to waste 4,200 dollars. Oh! I'm not sure which one of the mechanics worked on my car but the individual obviously didn't care about my car. I brought the car in with the spare tire on the back seat wrapped in a plastic bag to make sure that the dirt and grease from the tire didn't get on the leather. When I came to retrieve the car, the tire and rim were sitting on the bare seat (detached) leaving marks (that I can't get out) all over the seat and a bead of sealant for the tire on the seat as well (that I was able to remove with a little goo gone). On the upside they were very nice, but I expect a little more from a dealership that's been named the "new york toyota dealer of the year." I guess that's only if you buy a car there. More

Unlike other dealerships, we didn't feel high pressure. We didn't see the vehicle we wanted in Wappingers Falls, so another vehicle was transferred so easily and quickly from another DCH location. We both agreed that we were glad Chris was the salesman who helped us. We would definitely recommend your dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle and would tell them to ask for Chris because he was great! More

The service advisor Diana D has no clue about selling anything or acknowledging customers. If she's going to sit there and talk to every guy that walks past her maybe she should find a new job.
