Ask for Michael Newsham! My wife and I were looking to replace our 2007 Toyota Yaris that was coming to the end of its life. We seeked out a Toyota Corolla S with very specific options and Michael was able to match us up With the perfect car. It was within our budget, and exceeded my wife's expectations (as it is primarily her car). When we signed for the car we were walked through financing and also decided to purchase the extended warranty for peace of mind. Overall I would recommend purchasing a vehicle at DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota. If Michael Newsham is available, definitely make sure to speak with him! More

World's greatest car purchase WOW. I cannot say enough about Mike Newsham, Rob Schaeffer and the DCH crew. I was hit by a drunk driver and my car was totaled. The first thing Mike WOW. I cannot say enough about Mike Newsham, Rob Schaeffer and the DCH crew. I was hit by a drunk driver and my car was totaled. The first thing Mike said was "first off are you ok?" Every other dealer said "well let's get you a new car." If that doesn't say something, I don't know what will. Michael Newsham is amazing. He is sweet, caring, genuine, knowledgable, and by the end of it I actually felt like I made a friend. Now, as far as Rob Schaeffer is concerned; don't ever let him go. Rob is incredible and a true asset to have as a manager. He's kind, alert, knowledgeable, and gives off the impression that he genuinely loves his job. Rob truly made me feel like I wasn't being taken advantage of, and he was doing everything in his power to help me find the best price and best deal. This was the easiest, most efficient, and hands down the best purchase I've ever made. My brand new Rav4 is beautiful, and I have these guys to thank for it. Thanks to the DCH crew! I will be recommending all of my friends! More

All went very smooth even when I was signing all the paperwork with the finance guy ,he also didn't push me for xtra things that I I would not have purchased anyway.I recently also made a purchase of a Honda civic from thruway Nissan in newburgh some 8 months or so before buying my Toyota from dch , . and to say I had a nightmare experience is a big understatement this was from salesperson to the finance guy to the general manager. Anyhow any future purchases will be made at DCH wappingers were they are complete competent professionals . More
