Daryl Callahan and Terry Morris made this an easy and informative buying process. Terry was very thorough in explaining everything on the financial side. This is our first lease and at first it seemed a bit overwhelming at first but Mike put me at ease by explaining the lease process thoroughly as well as the advantages of leasing. I know my husband loves his job, both what he does and where he does it. After becoming a part of the DCH buying process, now I can see why! Everyone was so friendly! I think half the dealership stopped by Mike's desk to either congratulate me or flirt with our 1 month old daughter. Felt like family! Also, the service waiting area is very comfy! After test driving one Prius I explained there were a few features I did not prefer so he brought another Prius model over for comparison. Since I requested a moonroof if possible he saw that one was available and brought that over for me to see. I never felt any pressure to make a decision.
