Bait and Switch dealer. I have been looking for a new 2017 Tacoma. After hours of searching, reading, and comparing the models and the prices on the internet, I went to sever I have been looking for a new 2017 Tacoma. After hours of searching, reading, and comparing the models and the prices on the internet, I went to several local dealers and spoke to the salesman. I finally decided to purchase the Limited edition from DCH Wappingers Falls. I talked to Jessica Russ, the Internet Clint Care Specialist of CDH Wappingers Fall Toyota on the phone. To my disappointment, the manager at the dealer today did not honor the price in the email between me and Jessica. He disregard the email, saying that the $38,000 price was for another models, not the two cars that were listed as option 1 and 2 in the email. He also said that he could listen to the recorded conversation between me, the internet manager, and Jessica to prove me that I was wrong about the price. At that moment, I did not really care about the price of the car anymore. To me, the disappointment was greater than a couple thousands of dollars because I have been loyal to Toyota products for many years now, especially DCH Wappinger Falls Toyota. I bought my Toyota 4 Runner there before. What a waste of my time and effort. It is ashamed to have such a bait and switch dealer like DCH Wappinger Falls Toyota in the Hudson Valley!!!!!! More
